Situated very close to the Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace, and full of bars and restaurants, it’s also home to the most famous market in Madrid, the Rastro flea market, which takes place every Sunday and on holidays in and around the Cascorro square.

Further points of interest in the vicinity are the San Francisco Church, the Plaza de la Paja and Las Vistillas (one of the best viewpoints in Madrid), amongst others. The apartment is ideally located for visiting the city centre on foot, as well as for experiencing the streets of Segovia, Bailén and also Toledo – from which you can access to Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. These are distant only 10’ walking from the apartment.

PLEASE NOTE: On your arrival in Madrid, call us on in order to agree a check-in time. If travelling by plane, please call once you have collected your luggage. At the time agreed on the phone a member of our staff will be waiting for you at the entrance to the apartment. This time must be at least 30-45 minutes after the call to give our staff enough time to travel to the apartment.
25% of total amount will be charged in your credit card at the time of booking.
Cleaning fee may differ depending on the Apartment, please contact management.
Deposit of 200 € will be collected in CASH at the moment of check in and it will be returned if apartment is in good conditions.

TERMINI DI CANCELLAZIONE
PLEASE NOTE: 25% of total amount will be charged on your credit card upon booking. Under no circumstances this amount will be reimbursed when the booking is cancelled. CANCELLATIONS must be made by email, at least 30 days before arrival. After that date, CANCELLATION FEE: 30% of the outstanding balance. Cleaning fee: 30€. Refundable Deposit: 200€. Late check-in from 20:00 hrs until 02:00 hrs: 30€ Balance due: in cash upon arrival.
