Venere.com non effettua alcun addebito sulla tua carta di credito per le tue prenotazioni. Ti verrà richiesto di inserire i dati di carta di credito che saranno inviati alla struttura solo a garanzia della prenotazione. Il conto dovrà essere saldato direttamente all'hotel. Nel caso in cui l'albergo che hai scelto abbia la necessità di una caparra, questa informazione sarà riportata nella sezione "Termini di cancellazione" e il deposito dovrà essere concordato direttamente con la struttura prescelta. Non è possibile cancellare la prenotazione se hai scelto e prenotato una stanza indicata come "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" (prepagata non rimborsabile). In questo caso, il totale del soggiorno verrà addebitato dalla struttura al momento della prenotazione sulla carta di credito indicata.

If travelling by plane, please call once you have collected your luggage. At the time agreed on the phone a member of our staff will be waiting for you at the entrance to the apartment. This time must be at least 30-45 minutes after the call to give our staff enough time to travel to the apartment. The sum of the deposit, cleaning fee (and late check-in fee if applicable), plus the remaining balance of the booking, must be paid IN CASH upon check-in in order to receive the keys to the apartment.
Taxes, towels, electricity/gas/water charges and bed linen are included in the price.
25% of total amount will be charged in your credit card at the time of booking.
Cleaning fee may differ depending on the Apartment, please contact management.
Security deposit of 200,00 € will be charged in CASH upon check-in and refunded to you on departure on the condition that no damage to the apartment has occurred.
Late check-in costs €30,00.

TERMINI DI CANCELLAZIONE
PLEASE NOTE: 25% of total amount will be charged on your credit card upon booking.Under no circumstances All Seasons Rent Apartments will reimburse the 25% prepayment when the booking is cancelled. CANCELLATIONS must be made by email, at least 30 days before arrival. After that date, CANCELLATION FEE: 30% of the outstanding balance. The CANCELLATION TERMS shall apply in all cases including cases of force majeure or otherwise.
