A nice 15 minute walk to town center. Old dated rooms but clean enough. Reception and resto have seen better days. I'd stay more central in Tours if I return.

A little farer from Tours downtown than I expected..but still not more than 20 minutes walking in residential environment.

The location of the hotel was about 20min from the train station. A little far if you had a heavy luggage. That said, when we did eventually arrive, it is a nice cosy hotel. Love the bathroom - full amenities including hair dryer. They also serve an excellent breakfast with yummy croissants! room was simple and clean. Not HUGE, but good enough for a weekend trip especially if you are going to spend most of the time exploring Tours.

Stopped over with the family on a trip to the coast. Very functional rooms, clean and no frills. We modified the booking via e-mail through venere.com a couple of days before arrival. Although we didn't receive confirmation of the change, the hotel had the information upon arrival. The garage was a bit dark and looked run-down, but was exactly what we needed - a safe place to leave the car overnight. Would stay there again.

Bon Hotel, bon rapport qualité/prix, un peu ex-centré du centre ville mais je le recommande. J'avais pour info la chambre 203 au 2ème étage avec vue sur l'église St Eloi. Les chambres ne sont pas grandes mais le linge de toilette est changé tous les jours. Personnel agréable, gentil, disponible. Petit déjeuner, correct mais sans fioritures.

The hotel did its job. The rooms and public areas have no charm and could use updating. Some rooms had broken windows; others had broken air conditioning. When asked, guests (myself included) did manage to change rooms. The breakfast was not included in the price. It was plentiful and fairly priced at 8 Euros - but the juice and coffee machines as well as other items ran out and were not always replaced. The hotel was within walking distance (10 min) of the old town, but not in a great location itself. I would not stay in this hotel again, if I had the choice of one with more charm, style and more central location. Overall I found it depressing and drap.
