Comfortable, elevator, helpful staff, although not much English spoken. Good parking and not far from markets and restaurants. Carpentras has nice "old" town center with good street market and the truffle market nearby.

Carpentras a grubby disappointment and the hotel matched it. Toilet not even cleaned! Never again
