Hotel staff very competente and always available to help with excellents advices, especially an employee who speaks 6 languages. Location a bit far from center but with free parking is a great option for those with car.

The hotel is very far from Avignon old city. It took us more than half an hour to reach the hotel by No.4 bus from the main bus station. I think it would be more convenient for travellers if the website could provide more information on how to access the hotel via public transportation because it was a bit difficult to get the information as I speak very little French. I was lucky because a very nice lady helped me and we finally managed to get there without problem. The room was ok, with enough space for 3 adults and 1 child. However, the room facility was a bit old. The ventilation in the bathroom was broken and it made it no fresh air when taking a shower. The most impressive thing for this hotel was that the staff were all very nice and helpful, especially one staff called Arthur. He speaks very good English and provided all information I need. The restaurant in the hotel was also excellent. The home-made menu was really good and I strongly recommend it. All these made us an unforgetable stay in Avignon.

This hotel was a real disappointment and deserves only a 1 star rating. Holes and stains in the hallway carpets, only a small stairway to the second floor (no elevator), paper-thin walls between rooms and 7 Euros for coffee, juice and basic pastries. Poor value for the cost, especially with a nice Hotel Companile across the street for the same price.

INTER-HOTEL Calendal offers 40 luminous and air conditioned rooms decorated with nice Provencal colors, where guests will find a welcome tray with free coffee, tea, snacks and sweets.All accommodations feature private bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. They come furthermore equipped with direct dial telephone, satellite TV (with 17 channels includind Canal+, Cinécinéma and CNN), free Wi-Fi Internet access and desk. Baby cots as well as ironing facilities are available upon request.
Ground floor rooms have direct access to the garden. Some rooms are Family Suites accommodating up to 5 persons.
