Inn Opera Suites - Vienna

Outstanding location for our purposes - across from the Opera House and near the Ringstrasse and so many historic buildings. Staff was courteous and cheerful. The negative was lack of adequate signage. We almost walked by.

Opera Suites is a hidden pearl right in the heart of Vienna. A small family run hotel with very friendly and helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble. Excellent value for money. Only negative is that quiet rooms at the rear are quite small, but otherwise everything was fine. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting small hotel with excellent personal service in a perfect tourist location.

A great room in a perfect location at a good price with friendly and well informed reception staff (good advice on cafe's and restaurants). For a short stay to Vienna it was perfect, within easy walking distance of all the top sites in Vienna centre, next door to the Hotel Sacher (Sachertorte fame) and minutes walk from the Hofburg Place and the Lipizaners.

Very convenient position of the hotel. A stone`s throw from the museum quarter, vienna opera and shops. There is a cheap restaurant nearby (5 minutes walk)named "... market" (Sorry, I don`t remember the first word). Very good and tasty choice of food.

Absolutely perfect!

Fantastic small hotel right on the main walking street, almost opposite the opera house and very close to the museums and castle. Our room was very large with big windows to the street. A little noisy (people not cars) during the day if the double layer windows are open, but makes you feel part of Vienna. Room and bathroom very modern, spacious and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Perfect hotel if you like to be central and in a small personal hotel. No night service but not an issue for us - we enjoyed having our own downtown apartment with our own key! In room European style breakfast great value as well. Highly recommended and great value for central Vienna.

Fantastic accomodations! Close to the Opera House, and easy to locate if driving in from the autoroute as Opera is a landmark. The Service was absolutely Outstanding! This is an excellent choice of a hotel, and when we come back, we definately will stay there again. We were very impressed with this hotel and feel it is a Gem in the city of Vienna.
