Inn Excellence - Vienna

I stayed in a single room; towels were frayed, garte all over the bathroom; breakfast was spartan; generally it was very loud; staff was friendly

The place was overall OK, but too expensive for the services offered. It looks more like a two-star hotel. The room was spacious and quiet, fairly clean. The bathroom was fairly clean, too, but all the facilities in the bathroom need changing, they look pretty old, also the towels were very old. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Also they provide free-Internet through two computers situated in the lobby. It was OK for a night, but definitely not for a longer stay.

Street parking difficult, indoor parking expensive.

Ideal for a short business trip, in a nice quiet area (if you have your room to the back yard)but still middle in Vienna. Who needs more?

My mother and I were here for a short holiday, only one night. We saw Schönbrunn, the Prater and a lot of other places. The pansion was a very good starting point for our excursions. It is very close to old town.

Business trip and the room is OK!

There were no information in the reception about " what´s on in Vienna" for december! Just november and we were there in the beginning of december.

Choice between a room on the street at a level of noise which does not allow to sleep , and a room on the back side , with no air . reception is air conditionned... but not the rooms .The worst place of this trip

We enjoyed our stay at the Excellence. The staff were always helpful. They even post your postcards to save you going to the post office. Overall I would highly recommend the Excellence Hotel.

General impression was very good. The only drawback: the photos on the web site made us believe that double rooms are much more spacious - or maybe we just had a bad luck and got the smallest double room in the whole hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful and the atmosphere in the hotel is homy and pleasant. We may come again. (Please add some towel racks to the bathroom.) :-)

There should have been information about the traffic noice in advance. Access to public transport is excelent.

I am sure the double glazing would keep out the noise. Poor score was due to having to leave windows open because of high temperature. Location was excellent Value for money for a very short stay was EXCELLENT

No air conditioning was a real pain. also we arrived about 5 pm and we rang the doorbell for about 15 min before somone noticed and let us in. whenever we needed the receptionist she wasn't at the desk. the location was convinient, 20 min from the very center. the romms very hot and noisy.

This was a very pleasant experience for my wife and I. There is always a "risk" as one makes blind reservations based on online information, but we were thrilled to discover that the accommodations were exactly as described - and the staff seemed to be very interested in our overall comfort and satisfaction. We will definitely use your service and facilities again OUTSTANDING!

My wife and myself had a lovely 3-days stay in Pension Excellence. The hotel is located at a short walking distance from the centre of Vienna and very near tram stops and an underground station. The rooms were very clean with a spacious bathroom with shower. The buffet breakfast was excellent, the overall service was great and the little underground parking the Pension provided was extremely useful. My only other observation is that it would be useful to say on the Pension's Web site that the available parking space is charged at 12 Euros a day. Other than that: a wonderful stay for a very good price! Next time I go to Vienna I know where I will stay!
