Simply magnificently. The rooms are perfect, clean and tastefully furnished. The breakfast is plentifully and you get it in the rooms. The posotion of the hotel is very good. You can reach the Arena by feed in less than 10 minutes. And now the greatest of the hotel: the owner. That woman is at any time for you there and helps you if you have a problem, also after leaving the hotel. Very great and thank you. We come again certainly.

This is an excellent B&B in an up market city. The owner Monica was very welcoming, the room was clean & well equipped with air-con, wi-fi & tv + coffee, fridge with drinking water etc. It was a bit tricky to find but is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the old centre across the river. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone + Verona is a beautiful place

This little BB will make you feel like a local. It's just one bridge away from all the sights. The lady of the BB, Monica, will pamper you and makes you feel very welcome.

A great little B and B. It was nice to escape the crowds in the Verona historic centre. There's a great little restaurant downstairs. Nice food and reasonably priced.

Residenza San Faustino, at all is v.Good but the breakfast is very poor(2 pieces of bread & 2 Pieces croissant& piece of butter $ Yogurt) Are the same every day ....... No eggs no cheese, no green salad again B & B Residenza San Faustino, at all is v.Good When I want to extend the period of my staying she (Monica) agree; But Monica after one or two days said that the room was reserved for another one and booked for me in another B&B a room Bdorm, it was very bad; and I was compelled to accept for the time constraints.

I had a really lovely stay at Residanza San Faustino. An excellent location- easy to get everywhere in the city but still quiet; the room was clean and comfortable; Monica was really welcoming and helpful. I would definately recommend it to others.

Our stay in San Faustino was great. The location is excellent, based in a little back street just over the river from the old town where all of Verona's attractions are. Most hotels and B+Bs are between the train station and the arena which isn't the prettiest area and round the arena is crawling with tourists so staying here you avoid having to fight your way through that every day. The rooms are a bit small but are decorated very well and the bathrooms are styled quite luxuriously. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The Blue Room is not particularly large, adequate I suppose. The travel directions were poor. Drove around for some time trying to find it & asked in the end. Parking also not easy but Monica did give us a parking permit. Very good for visiting all the sites & a most enjoyable trip. Would use again.

Location was great. Breakfast was miserable. No charm to the place at all. The landlady was very self-absorbed, not very professional, rarely around and surprisingly vain. Cleaning lady was more interested in the guests and more helpful.

We waited three hours for someone to show up and let us in the room- no one showed. Finally, we found a neighbor who called the owner on a cell. The owner said she would arrive in 10 minutes. Someone else let us in the room, which was not as advertised- very poor accommodations- loud neighbors upstairs. After another 30 minutes and no owner, we left.

This is a lovely place to stay in Verona which I know well after many visits. The accommodation is very well maintained and for me it is nice to avoid some of the impersonal aspects of a hotel. It is a very pleasant walk into town, particularly over the old bridge, and it feels like you are living in a real community during your stay. There is much to see in the vicinity of the hotel, including some lovely churches and the Giusti Gardens. Monica who lives above the property and manages it makes one feel very welcome and will help if required. The breakfast is perfectly adequate although it is easy to buy supplements like fruit in the local area. I would highly recommend it for any visit to Verona and certainly hope to stay there again.

It's rahter a B&B than a hotel. Self-service breakfast in the room (make your own coffe in the small corridor !!!and bred not good !!!) small and dark room. the B&B is in a very difficult street to reach with a car.

Noisy at night until 1 or 2 in the morning as it is a street level and there are restaurants and bars outside. No problem if that is the time you go to bed but a problem is you want to go to sleep earlier.

Our room was just wonderful as well as the location. It was quiet, charming and within a short walking distance of the old city of Verona and its attractions. It was a challenge for us to find the Residenza, and there was no one there to let us in, but the workmen for the Residenza helped us out. Depending on size of family or group, it would be perfect in some cases. There is one single room, one double and one that can accomodate up to 3 or 4.

This was a lovely place to stay and would have stayed longer had time permitted. A real gem. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. Caught the bus from the station to terminus situated in a small park and the street is across the road from the park. Used the well equipped laundry. Close to the Giardino Giusti and easy walking distance to main areas of Verona.

To stay at Residenza S. Faustino is like to have a piece of your house in a place different from your own. It could be not necessarly perfect, but it is definitely comfortable.

Really hard to find your way there. A better description (better maps, detailled comments) would be helpful to actually find the B&B. But once you get there, you will LOVE it. It's perfect.

Lovely place to stay. Good location, clean fresh and the bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was taken in you room which was fine. The room would benifit from a small table and chair or a sofa to sit on while eating breakfast, but that is my only critisisum. I would thoroughly recommend this B&B and would stay here again with no hesitation.

Driving in from Garda we found the Residenza with a combination of inspired navigation and luck (the directions provided on the website were sketchy to say the least). Upon arrival we were greeted and shown to our room by the owners who live on the top floors of the building. Room was fairly small but comfortable enough. Breakfast was very basic with juice and cooked meats left in your fridge and bread and pastries delivered fresh each morning. From this very quiet residential area it was only a 5 minute walk to the bridges that take you into central Verona, with most of the restaurants within another 10 minutes. There is a bus stop, from which you can be delivered direct to the train/bus station, just 200m away.

The place is located 10 minutes walking distance from the historical centre of Verona. It's clean and has been recently renovated. The surroundings are quite pretty. Make sure you have a good map to find the place as the street is very tiny. The coffee/chocolate machine located in the lobby was a pleasant surprise especially that you don't have to pay for the hot drinks. On the negative side we were NOT informed by the lady running the place that on Sundays a/they do not provide bread for breakfast but they charged us full rate and b/the local public transport runs a very different service to the one run on other days of the week. The person running the place whilst pleasant, does not appear to be particularly interested in your needs. However, overall we would recommend the place to those wishing to visit Verona but remember to ask your questions early on.

Fantastic little jewel in Veronas historic centre. Very reasonable walking distance to the city and therefore all the main attractions. Just down the road from the Roman Theatre. Breakfast was excellent and very filling. Basically it was an absolute bargain for what we paid for it. Highly recommend to anyone.

This is a perfect place to stay. The rooms are decorated wonderfully, very atmospheric with wooden ceilings and good quality finishes. I only met the owner on check in, but she was friendly and welcoming and gave me information on how to find my way to the Arena for the Opera (It is only about five minutes walk away, down a straight easy to follow route) Breakfast is served in your room, there are no public areas, but I chose to take mine out to the nice park beside the river instead. Would highly recommend.

My daughter and I spent two nights here in Verona as part of her 21st birthday. Beautifully decorated rooms and excellent location close to park and canal.Five minutes walk into the shopping centre and 15 minutes walk to the Arena.Make sure the bus driver knows you need the last stop as he dropped us in the middle of the town and said we were nearly there!!!

The accomodation was very nice and I would not hesitate staying there again. However, the breakfast served in the bar next to the B&B could be improved. It could be complemented by bread with grains, ham and/or cheese, and a vegetable.

Eccellente!
