We were surprised by the beauty of the building. A 15th century very large and beautiful located right behind Piazza San Marco. The room was nice, spacious. Very rich breakfast buffet in the morning.

The hotel and the annexe are in between the Rialto bridge and St Mark's Square, relativley easy to find when you get off the waterbus from the airport, with easy access to everything.We were in the annexe of the Hotel San Luca. The room was lovely and had everything we needed except ear plugs for the early morning bin collection which happened below our window. The breakfast was a buffet set up in a small dining area outside the 4 rooms. It was ok but not brilliant. Never saw any staff in the annexe but the guy who met us when we registered at the reception in the hotel could not have done enough for us.

Good sized rooms & good location. However for some strange reason we need to check in at another hotel located over 10 minutes away. And in Venice that means walking with heavy suitcases through tiny cobbled streets crowded with people & up & down staircases & bridges! To top it all one walks first from the waterbus stop to the check-in hotel for 10 minutes too!

The hotel is nice. Near all the turistic places in Venecia 2' walking of San Marcos. Rooms are not big, but confortable enough and very clean. The people at the hotel is great, always at your disposition. Danielle was very helpful, and a great guy! Cheers from Uruguay!
