877-662-6988This former Victorian Gentlemen Residence, which has been renovated in 2013, is set on its own delightful grounds, just 200 meters from one of Torbay's prestigious Blue Flag beaches and a short walk from the center of Torquay.
The Meadfoot Bay Hotel offers four different room categories including Classic Rooms, Premier Rooms, Deluxe Rooms and 3 beautiful Suites. Breakfast is served daily between the hours of 8:30 - 9:30 and consists of a full English Breakfast cooked fresh for you on the day using locally sourced products. There is also a buffet available offering plenty of choices to set you up for the day.
Please note that this hotel does not provide accommodation for children below the age of 14 years and cannot accommodate stag or hen parties.

Absolutely amazing hotel located close to Torquay Harbour and even closer to the beautiful Meadfoot Beach. I initially booked a single room for one night but once I arrived I booked the Suite with Terrace for the next 3 days and got my boyfriend to join me. The Single room I had on the first night was modern and had everything I could ask for and had been completely refurbished. The Signature Suite with Terrace was quite simply the best room I have ever stayed in. The room was really spacious with a gorgeous bathroom that not only had a wetroom style shower but also a bath with a wall hung LCD. The decked terrace was gorgeous with views out to Meadfoot Beach and had its own swing chair. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean which I loved and the breakfast out of this world with so much choice of not just the traditional Full English but had so many different preserves, breads and cakes, fresh fruit, home made muesli and all cooked food was cooked fresh on the day for you with quality ingredients. The staff were amazing and special thanks to all members of the small family that run the Meadfoot Bay Hotel. Can't wait to return!

Very well kept,lovely hotel, with excellently designed and furnished rooms/bath. Very friendly family and atmosphere. Nice sitting area to wind down.

How to reach The Meadfoot Bay Hotel
By car Enter Torquay by the main road A380 and follow signs to Torquay, then to the sea front. At the traffic light on the sea front, turn left. Follow signs to the Harbour and then to Meadfoot. Go straight through the next traffic lights and then turn left at the roundabout; this will take you past Hoopers and Debenhams. Turn left at the next roundabout (clock tower in the centre of the roundabout) and take the right lane at the first traffic light and turn right into Meadfoot Road (signs to Meadfoot Beach). Continue for a kilometre (the road turns into Meadfoot Sea Road at brow of the hill) and the guesthouse is on the right hand side, half way down the hill towards the sea.Distances from The Meadfoot Bay Hotel
