Extra for parking, but at a significant distance from the hotel. no answer to phone calls and just lucky that a staf person stopped by when I arrived, usually no one there. No public areas.

Si bien nos ubicaron en un lugar diferente del convenido, debe señalarse que aunque estaba ubicado más lejos del centro de lo que pensábamos, hay que destacar que fueron muy atentos en el cambo que en definitiva nos gustó mucho por su proximidad al mar (Marina Grande) y por la gran comodidad que significo contar con una cocina.

We enjoyed our stay very much, however there is no reception area and when we arrived the cleaning lady had to sign us in, she spoke very little english so I had to help her fill in the forms. The actual owner of the hotel never showed his face. Although it claims breakfast is included we only received it once out of 3 days because the first day the restaurant was closed all day and the third day it was not open in the morning. We had spoken to the owner on the phone about this so he said he would take it off the price, which he planned to drop the receipt off for us the night before we left, but he never came. The next morning we found a paper outside our door only he still charged us the full room rate. Very disappointing considering we had to leave and couldn't contact him. Great location, crappy service!

Not good value, This is not a hotel, it is an old building where there are rooms for rent, NO FRONT DESK, NO PUBLIC AREAS, NNO WIFI, NO PARKING, NO SERVICE, NO CABLE!
