We had a great stay. When we requested two beds, instead of one big bed, in our room, they simply allowed us to occupy two rooms with one-room price. The environment was incredibly Siwan - at the foot of the historic site of Shali (meaning country) ruins, and the service people are very nice. Cons: The receptionist is not always at the desk, and we had trouble finding him when we needed help. And if you come at an irregular hour, the restaurant chef needs to be contacted to get here, which is time consuming. But this is the life style of Siwa after all.

Generally a good hotel, centrally located within town. Staff are pleasant however cannot provide services in timely fashion, they need to be asked several times to receive order. Hot water does not function through sink.
