Fantastic location with an excellent roof top terrace with views over the lake and castle. Very friendly staff but the usual owner wasn't there so his parents were covering and their English was very basic. Our air conditioning didn't work but this was only a minor inconvenience. Overall a great place to stay!

I stay in hotels and B&Bs regularly and rarely write a review. The B&B is less than a block from the castle. Our terrace overlooked the castle and made evenings awesome!! David is a, excellent and extremely courteous host. When we return to Sirmione this is the only option we will consider. If you go to Sermione, please indulge yourself at the Terme di Sermione. It is refreshing and the staff there is top-notch as well. When we mentioned our interest in going to the spa David gave us all the information and knew it well as he frequented the spa so he had first-hand knowledge. Thank you for such a remarkable and memorable time in your picturesque and lively town.

Absolutely loved the location and quirkiness of the hotel. The rooms are basic and clean and the use of the roof top patio is lovely on a balmy evening as well as for breakfast in the morning. Although the hotel is on a room only basis you can buy coffee and croissants at reception for just 2 euros but we took our own as there is a fridge and kettle for the guests to use. The staff where kind and although we had a little problem with language (we don't speak Italian) we managed to communicate OK. Before and after the tourist crowds have gone Sirmione is beautiful if a little on the expensive side . So glad we chose this hotel for its location within the walls...definitely a plus.

This little hotel is great! I would recommend it for everyone who wants to get some special experience from visiting Sirmione. It's located inside the Tower's old town near the church with belfry. So you will know exact time every half of hour:) But we got used to this very quickly. The minuses is that the parking is a bit far away but it's free. And if you plan to go there on weekends - you probably will get caught in traffic. Resume: The staff is nice and helpful. Location is great for tourist attraction. Rooms are cosy and clean. Definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay - staff were friendly and helpful and position fantastic. Lots of lovely places to eat though a bit expensive. Rooms were comfortable and clean but basic furnishings (a comfortable armchair would have been nice!) No tea and coffee making facilities in the room but that's the only fault I can find!! Will recommend to friends going to the area. Position is perfect for seeing Lake Garda.

You can't ask for a better location in Sirmione than this. I had a double room which had a small balcony - it was very spacious, neat & clean. The only problem was that it seemed the walls were made out of paper in this place - you could hear everything happening in the building or outside. But it wasn't too off putting for me personally. Also another important thing to note is that the reception is only open from 8:30 to 12:30 and then again from 15:30 to 19:30, so make sure you tell them what time you are arriving, otherwise you have to sit and wait like I had to. Would easily stay here again.

Really beautiful setting. Beautiful view from the terrace on the last floor (open to all residents, with table and chairs) Very quiet at night. To find the B&B, make sure you look to your right when entering the old town: it is just under the church tower you can see. But you won't be allowed to turn right with your car, so keeping the direction in mind will help!

This place is well worth staying at. Drive up to unload your bags before parking in the public lot. They gave us a free upgrade to a suite on the top floor. The AC works, the rooms are clean and passable. The staff is helpful. I'd recommend it. Sirmione, on the other hand, is about as touristy as a place can get. The entire town feels like the gift shop at disneyland. If you enjoy shopping with inflated prices for trinkets and grub, this is your town.

We spent 1 night in a double with bath. The A/C wasn't cooling the room. You can only pay by cash if you stay less than 3 nights. There is no breakfast option so you have to go to a nearby cafe'. When you get there, drop the car at the nearest parking and take your luggage, you shouldnt need a ticket for 5min. The hotel owner will indicate you to park at the parking named Baldo, quite far from the castle. When you leave the hotel he will provide you a card to get out of the parking without paying.

Meuble Adriana is a good value for the euros. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the staff helpful. While it's in a great central location, be aware that car parking is in the large civic lot, about a 10 minute walk from the Adriana. It's not practical to pull the car up near the hotel for there is restricted access to non-residents in the central part of town. So plan on hauling your bags there.

Although the room got a bit warm, even despite the AC, this was a great little townhouse in the middle of the old town. Perfect location and the man who owned(?) it was great. Ask him for advice on where to go for a swim in the lake, the best place is not the public little beach... Since they don't serve breakfast and it seemed a bit hard to get a decent one in the area( as in all of Italy, horrible breakfastculture) you might wanna add some euros to the cost of your stay here but it's still totally worth it.

A basic but good place to stay. Ideally located for exploring Lake Garda and for taking excurions to Verona and Venice etc. On the downside the church bells ring from 7am - 11pm and you cannot ignore them. The refuse collectors are also noisy in the morning. Sound also echoes in the building - voices, high heels on marble floors etc. So I advise earplugs for a good nights kip. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay there - though a couple of chairs on our room balcony would have been nice. If you visit Sirmione don't miss the Roman villa, at 4 euros entry it's a must. Boats and buses are great for getting around the local area and for longer trips use the Regionale trains - the fares are about a third of those for inter-city trains.

I travelled with my sister to Lake Garda and if you are looking to stay in Sirmione, the Meuble Adriana couldn't have been in a more perfect location, 20 metres from the lake! The price was fantastic. It would have been nice if breakfast was available, even for an additional price. The view from the roof was lovely. If you are a light sleeper, the church bells opposite may wake you (they start at 7am and stop at around 10pm). Overall a great stay, would recommend to all those on a budget!

Very nice room with view on the lake, recently restored. The bathroom was clean and convenient, and we loved the terrace (open to all guests) above the roofs of Sirmione, in front of the castle. Too bad our room was not clean. The host gave us valuable information to find a good restaurant at reasonable price. It is situated in the historical center of Sirmione, where cars are forbidden, but it is quite close to a very large car park (included in the price). It is quite expensive but everything seems to be on the Garda Lake. Good for a couple for few days.

Great location once we found it. Easy walk to anywhere in town. It was also very hard to find the correct parking lot, but that was probably because it was a very busy weekend with hundreds of motorcycles. There was very rarely anyone around who worked there, but they did leave a cell number so they could be reached. The rooms were good sized and very clean. Shower was a bit small, but there was hot water. If you're a light sleeper, the church bells ringing every half hour might bother you. I didn't find that to be a problem. You should also be aware that it is 3 or 4 flights up to the room, with no lift, so if you have a problem with stairs this could be an issue. If you are looking for a clean, convinient place to stay, this is the place. If you are looking for fancy and extra services, I suggest you look elsewhere. Personal I would be happy to stay here again.

You could see the castle from the balcony in our room, we were right next to Santa Maria Maggiore, and the ferry port was just a few minutes walk away. A lovely, friendly place to stay, right in the heart of old Sirmione. Lovely, clean and quirky rooms. Very comfortable biiiig beds. Beautiful views from the upper rooms. Near everything. Friendly, helpful staff though some language barriers with some staff (my problem as I have almost no Italian!) The only small, small issues which may be an issue for some are that parking, though free, is not very near the hotel. You can bring in your car for picking up luggage but its tricky, especially during the day when the place is crammed with day-trippers. There is no lift that I was aware of, so you'll have to take the stairs. But the views from the upper rooms are worth the climb! And the rooms are between the church and castle. And what to churches have? Yup, bells! Which chime regularly from about 7am to 10pm. Which may be a nusiance if you're a light sleeper. But to be honest, we stayed for six days and after a couple of days both my husband and I started sleeping through the bells. All in all I'd definitely recommend Meubles Adriana.

Fantastic hotel right in the old centre, a little hard to find but so central once you're there. I drove in and dropped my 3 young children and luggage off, but that was fairly nerve-wracking driving through the old town in peak season (with restricted cars and pedestrians taking over the roads) and finding the hotel was a bit hard. No lift or breakfast, but if you know that, it's no problem. We brought breakfast and ate on the beautiful terrace. Views of castle, lake and surrondings tremendous. Very interesting interior, I particualy loved the doors. On a practical side, location, location, location. Very clean and they obviously take a lot of pride in the place so book with confidence and enjoy a fabulous hotel at a great price.

We visited Sirmione for a pleasure vacation. Meuble Adriana was a quiet haven in a busy little town. It was a great location and a comfortable place to stay.

excellent location close to shops, restaurants & beach. Fairly quiet apart from the hourly bell tower which is quite quaint & stops ringing between 22:00 pm & 7:00 am. Only 3 floors, no lift, would suit young or mature couple & families. Fantastic view of town from the roof terrace. Hardly saw the owner but given own set of keys for the duration. Room only, quite expensive eating out every day.

we spent two times one night at the property going on and returning from holidays in France. The place is really marvellous, quiet though right in the centre. Pity that they do not offer breakfast and keep waiting guests in reception hours.

Fantastic place to stay, good facilities (bathroom, tv) in the middle of the Centre of Sirmione, beautifull view from the roof terrace on Sirmione and the castle. Nearby all the restaurants and 40 mtr away from a nice beach area. The welcoming by the owner was great, very helpfull and open. It is already a real and very nice experience to find the place by car, driving through all the streets is wonderfull. We can recommend the place to everybody who need a good place to stay over for the night (or a couple of nights)!

Beautiful place in the heart of Sirmione! No people looking at your window: Meuble Adriana is situated in a quiet place but 2 steps from the center! - between the castle and the church. From the last floor you can take pictures of incredible views of the Garda lake. Very special and positive desing, clean and spacious rooms, always hot water! :-) The staff is welcoming and is ready to help. No breakfast? Don't worry - a lot of excellent food in the cafes and restaurants around is waiting for you! For lunch or dinner ask for advice the owner David and he will tell you some secret places with the cuisine you'll never forget! There are always some changes happening in Meuble Adriana to make your stay more comfortable - so you'll come back for sure!

Nice quiet hotel, in the heart of Sirmione in the Old Town Castle. Negatives: Parking is free, but available outside, acces the hotel through the small streets of the castle interior. Available only for moving in/out the baggage.
