I just went there to meet other friends. They booked the rooms before me in this hostal. The staff don't have any competence. The towels were very small. No key for the front door but just for your room. From the sink of my room I could smell what people did in the toilet next door. Shower was crap.

Great place to stay. The rooms were pretty basic - no bedside lamp or tv (I don't mind that) but were clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. The lady running the place didn't speak English but nevertheless we were able to work everything out without any problems. I would highly recommend this place as great value for money in one of the most lovely cities I have been to.

Fews details regarding our stay : 1 - The owner heavily insists on a full paiement the first day 2 - Paiement by credit card was impossible, although no mention on the reservation document. 3 - Some very noisy room works were conducted under our room starting at 8H30 one day during our stay 4 - Our room was small with no windows outside (street side)

The staff could not speak english which was difficult with our poor Spanish. The room we got looked bright and airy with windows, but many others looked like they did not. There is the offer of aircon for 3Euros, but it would have been nice with a fan if we chose not to take a/c. No cooking facilities, no common area, but if you're just looking for a clean budget space to sleep and friendly communicating by hand gestures, this is an excellent choice.

I chose this hotel because I saw it had quite good reviews here on Venere, but I had a very unpleasant surprise. The room was clean if we talk about the sheets and so on, but... the air was stagnant and there was a terrible smell, coming from old tubes I suppose (I will not talk in detail about the specimens of Sevillian cucarracha I saw there). In fact the smell was so bad that I had to change my room in the middle of my stay . But it was for worse. In the upper floor, I got a room with a window giving to the internal patio of the house, which was covered with a translucid roof. There was no air to breath, literally! Even if the room had air conditioning (additional 3 euros for this), I was suffocating from irrespirable air, to such a point I woke several times at night, and there was no access to the fresh air! No window giving to outside world! I wanted to get out to the street, with my pijama and everything just as I stood, but the entrance door was closed and I hesitated to wake up the receptionist (the reception was a normal room and she was just sleeping there - even when I wanted to go out at 9 am, I had to wake her and it was awqward enough). So overall, the whole stay in this hotel was a literal nightmare. If you like Spanish surrealism, it's the best place to stay for you. It the was the famous movie, The Andalousian Dog. I suggest this hotel should advertise offering an authentic Bunuelian experience for only 25 euro/night.

We were not able to get an AC room, even if we are willing to pay extra as advertised on web. Also were not able to access Internet as expected. The room is spacious enough for 3 or 4 people.

We stayed in a one bed double room. The room is clean and has its own sink and mirror. The bathroom is very clean. This is a great place to stay, it is very clean overall and you cannot beat the prices. This was the cheapest hostal that I stayed in while traveling in Europe, and it was one of my favorites. The rooms provide you with plenty of privacy and the hostal is located in central Sevilla. I would recommend this hostal to all of my closest friends.

Because of the volcano ash cloud - and cancelled flights - we could only use the room four out of the nine days, we have paid for. We could not get any money back, what so ever, and they would not allow us to stay a little longer in the room the day, we should leave. That is not a splendid service. About the last mentioned it's maybe due to the fact that none of the two young girls in the hostal could speak or understand any english

Very simple room, no really special accommodations but if all you need is a bed, its really not a bad place.

The hand basin in the small bedroom was unstable, moved when used, and water leaked onto the floor. We had to ask for rags to dry under our bed, and we had to stop using it altogther in the end. The wi-fi connection was only available on the ground floor, but there was no power to recharge our lap top. There was an airconditioner in the room, for which we paid 3 euros per day, but it was worth it as it was hot while we were there. The manageress was friendly and hard-working, checking all guests entering and leaving to ensure they were OK. The location was good too, easy to walk to the major sights, and less than half an hour's walk from the train station.

2 nights stay, staff seemed a bit helpless and not very engaged, singleroom was outside the main entrance, that for isolated from the guesthouse with no possibility of contact to other guests, for a 2 night-stay anyway ok., clean, quiet and in pleasant surroundings
