Stunning reconverted 15th century monestary. Excellent location right by cathedral in centre of town. Car park is ony 3-4 minutes walk away and 10 euros for a day. Tastefully converted rooms, with good bathroom facilities. Staff a little overworked and no time for jolity or customer service, but this does not take away from an excellent hotel.

If I only knew that the staff would be soo rude, and that the hotel does not offer any facility on the room, I would stay in another hotel.

The location on the northern side of the cathedral is phantastic. We had room 208 with one bed. The bed was to small and to short for two. The restaurant is good and affordable. You can't beat the price of this hotel in Santiago.

The Hospederia San Martin Pinario, is the right hotel accommodation if you want to stay in Santiago for religious reasons or for leisure time, is located just behind the cathedral and very close to the center. It offers a very good relationship between price and quality. a vey good place to stay.

beautiful location next to main square. just renovated. captures the character of santiago in an historic building. staff went beyond call of duty in going to post office after i left and posting an important parcel on to next destination. also great value. highly reccomended
