Call the B&B responsible 10 min before your arrival, usually they are not present inside the structure. Room was really comfortable but small, very good for 1-2 days max, no more. Room was clean but we found something under the bed and the bathroom's bin was full, small but important details to me. Wellcoming has been very good, really nice the kitchen shared with another room, in the complex a nice place at a good price considering that you are in San Gimignano.

Guest house close to sights. Shared kitchen with microwave and fridge a bonus. Room small, dark, like a cave. Towel small, thin, scratchy. Not changed for the 3 days. Room not cleaned. Rubbish bins not emptied. The one in the kitchen full of food scraps not emptied while we were there.

We's just 1 night at San Gimignano. The town is amazing, it's impresdindible to visit. The hotel is a little far away from the center but our staying was good.

Surrounded by the splendid Tuscan countryside, San Gimignano is a very interesting city because of its harmony of towers on a landscape of hills. Moreover, summertime immerses the traveler in a magical landscape of flowers and scents. In this context, Casa da Rosetta maintains an unmistakable medieval atmosphere that enhances the appeal of this small town forever. Its owner, Rosetta, is a wonderful woman, whose attention and service was outstanding and really recommended. In a future trip, we would not hesitate to return to her ghest house.

A truly wonderful stay. The room was romantic, comfortable and very quiet. Very nice kitchen also available with free coffee and tea. Rosetta, the owner, a really nice cute girl there recommended a great restaurant and gave us suggestions for exploring the city and nearby places.

By carFrom Pisa, take the FI-PI-LI and drive direction Firenze, exit at "Empoli Ovest" and follow directions to Ponte a Elsa. Then on road number 429 follow directions to Certaldo and take for San Gimignano.
