The location of the hotel is excelent. The room that we received was very smell - the suitcase had to be positioned under the bed otherwise you could not either open the door or go to the bathroom. The answer to our reqest to move to a different room was answered with the answer that the hotel is fully booked, ther was no attempt to try and solve the problem. I stated that the room was booked well in advance and therefore they could have given a better room for early booking. The TV was not working either - blaming the weather on that. Not a good value for the price.

Excellent location, near everything, but quiet enough. Nice restaurant below. Stairs only. Room was comfortable, AC quiet, spartan compared to US hotels. Owners / staff were very helpful.

Thanks to Francesca and team at Trevi B&B. We had such a wonderful stay. Rooms were modern, plush and super comfy. Especially the divine bed. Water pressure was poor - but that's Rome! Hotel staff were excellent and even held our bags while we made a quick trip to Florence. Thanks to Francesca for also saving the day and breaking our passports out of the safe!! The breakfast was fabulous, fresh and tasty. I would 100% stay there again.

Great hotel... in a very busy street about 20 metres from the Trevi Fountain, but because it was set a little back from the street with double glazed windows it was very quiet. Attached to a great restaurant where we enjoyed a lovely meal, with great service. Service at the hotel was excellent, rooms very clean and new. Our room had a small bedroom and lounge, with an ensuite. Great breakfast. Couldn't fault it, would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a central location.

Excellent location just around the corner from Trevi Fountain. The room was small but I loved the style & decoration (very modern with cool timber details). Lots of steps. Joanna responded to all emails within minutes - with good info and suggestions. Loved the breakfast; cheese ham fruits yogurt read (and sweets

First let me say that the location was excellent; close to all the important sights of Rome. But location isn't the whole story. BEWARE of room 101! My wife and I checked in and the hotel was fully booked. The room we were given was so small that we had to store our luggage under the bed. We had about 2 feet of space around the bed and that was it. The window (if that's what you could call it) tilted in and the room overlooked an alley which was a meeting place (smoke was flowing into the room non-stop as the employees took their breaks) and dumping station for the restaurant below. The sound of empty glass bottles being thrown into the alley until well after 2am made sleeping difficult. The room was located over the entry staircase so we heard everyone who came or went throughout the night. Then we had to listen to the workers who were renovating the hotel begin their work at 7am. The cost of 200euros per night was too high for the services provided. I will never stay at Residenze Trevi B&B again and do not recommend it for others.

We booked a triple with airconditioning but when we arrived they did not have a triple with ac so we had to settle for fans. Mid-August it was rather hot but they did compensate us with a discount.

The location of B&B Trevi Roma was great -- obviously very close to the Trevi Fountain and a short walk to the Barberini metro stop. The restaurant below the B&B was excellent (Il Chianti). The rooms were clean and modern, which was nice. The breakfast was also good -- freshly made croissants and other pastries, as well cold cuts, yogurt and fruit. I wouldn't advise anyone who doesn't like climbing stairs, as you have to go up two flights to get to the reception (not a big deal for young travelers). My only real complaint is that our room was facing the main "street" which was noisy at times (we were so jetlagged, though, it wasn't too bad.) I would definitely stay there again and recommend it my friends!

Nice B&B. Breakfast with 3-4 cakes and a lot of sweet sandwich spread. If you don`t like sweet things you will have a boring breakfast with ham, cheese and salami. (There was cereals and yoghurt too.)I missed tomatoes and some more healthy items. Lovely coffee made by sweet italian-speaking lady. Very nice and helpfull employees in the reception who spoke beautiful english. Nice room with TV, but we only found italian channels. Missed BBC/CNN for news. Lokation is superb and you hear the Trevi fountain from the B&B. I recommend this B&B!

Traveling as a single person with another couple, needing a triple room. This was our first stay at the B&B Residenzia Trevi Roma, but it will not be our last. The location is superb, the breakfast wonderful, and the people friendly and helpful.

Cannot express how pleasantly surprised we were with our room this hotel. Unbeknownst, we were reserved for a "triple" sized room when we only needed a double. The triple room at this hotel is called "the apartment". This room was huge and wildly spacious. While it did not resemble the photos on the website (i believe because this room is special- the other rooms do resemble the website) we were very happy and loved the room regardless. We decided to stay 2 extra nights because we were so happy there. Joanna at the front desk was extremely helpful every day. Breakfast is standard "continental", but was the best we had while in Italy. The automatic coffee machine makes really great cappuccinos!

What a real exceptional find! The B&B is located just few steps from the Trevi fountain. When stepping outside of the building you can already hear it plash!!! It was a really high quality stay there - starting with the warm welcome on the day of our arrival to the recommendations regarding places for dinner etc The rooms are really spacious measured by Italian conditions and very stylishly furnished. The completely modern bathroom striked us most of all! The only thing missing a bit is that there's no elevator available in the building, but there aren't too many stairs and there's also only two floors in the B&B. Another fabulous thing was the restaurant directly attached to the B&B - Il Chianti. Delicious food - Tuscany style - great wine-selection and very nice waiters. It's always crowded though and you should make a reservation in advance through the B&B! We can really highly recommend to stay there - we will give it another turn as well for sure!

Trevi B&B is probably 100 feet from the fountain which made for a really easy walk late in the evening to people watch. It's tucked away in a corner behind the umbrellas on the picture - you have to look closely to find it. It was scorching hot during our entire stay; the AC was a respite from the heat and we very much appreciated it being there for us. Breakfast was abundant and very good, the breakfast lady took such good care of us and my son, who liked to sleep in. By the end of our stay she was calling him the prince. We asked early in our stay to have a taxi pick us up early on our last day to take us to the airport. We were told that our taxi would, most likely, be waiting for us 10 minutes prior to tour departure time. No taxi was there 10 minutes after our departure time and I asked for another taxi to be called. That's when we found out the our taxi had been ordered for the following day - a mistake was made. Okay, we can understand that sort of thing happens. A half hour after our departure time, a Mercedes Benz showed up to whisk us away. He delivered us to the airport for the sum of 60 Euro ($100.20). We got inside the airport to check in only to find that he had delivered us to THE WRONG AIRPORT. Sending us to the wrong airport was unacceptable. I had no idea there were two. The woman at the desk didn’t ask which one we needed to leave from. I ran to an ATM, pulled out 70 Euro and we dashed out to get into another taxi. The ride was another 45 long and stressful minutes and cost us 65 Euro ($108.55). We had less than 1.5 hours to get through customs, catch 2 shuttle busses, get our boarding pass and get on the plane (not in that order). Needless to say, our ride to the airport cost over $200 US and we had only a 5 minute wait to board. No hurry up and wait on this adventure. There is a restaurant downstairs from the B&B which is also run by the same family. The food was very, very good and the wait staff very friendly. We fo

If you want a spacious, modern furnished, quiet room right in the center of Rome, this is the place. It is only 1 minute walk from Trevi Fountain, 3 mins to taxi stand, 10 mins to metro station. Both Joanna and Katya are extremely helpful for providing information. The bed and mattress are new and comfortable. We were most impressed that heating was on round the clock. Breakfast was always fresh and good selection. We will go back again any time.

This is a true find! The location, quality and price can't be met. The rooms were spacious and in a great location. Newly decorated, plasma on the walls and wonderful staff. I must have sent half a dozen or more emails to them before arriving and received quick and useful responses each time. We arrived late and the reception was closed, but they arranged for me to pick up the keys from the restaurant below. The only negative for some will be there is no elevator, but there aren't that many floors to go up. And let me add, go to Il Chianti. The best restaurant that I have found in Rome.

This property is in an absolutely fantastic location approx 50 steps from the Trevi Fountain. Rooms were nicly decorated and very clean with towels changed on a daily basis. Our room was smaller than expected and had minimal wardrobe/storage space. Reception very helpful. Located above very nice and recommended restaurant called "Il Chianti" Worth a visit but you will need to book a table in advance!! loads of bars and restaurants within walking distance. 5 minute walk to Spanish steps and many other attractions located nearby! There are quite a few steep steps to access all rooms, approx 25 steps in total with no lift access. Will NOT be suitable for people with limited mobility. Highly recommended for location alone and we would have no hesitations in booking this accomodation again for our next visit to this wonderful city!!

What a find! B&B Trevi Roma is a great place to stay in a great location - open the windos and you can here the water flowing in the fountain! The staff are wonderful and very welcoming. The rooms are newly renovated and very comfortable. We have already recommended this place to family and friends. Note there is no lift for less abled travellers and all the rooms are on the second floor. But for everyone else, B&B Trevi Roma should be your first choice for accommodation to experience the real Roma!
