Wonderful place to stay in Rome, lovely owners couldn't have been more helpful, sent an email before we arrived to suggest the best ways of reaching the villa. Brilliant breakfast, delightful waitress who was extremely friendly and welcoming: she clearly loved working at the villa which contributed greatly to the atmosphere. Only two things on the minus side: the breakfast room is small and cannot accommodate everyone at the same time - though we twice had breakfast outside; and although the peacefulness of the location is remarkable, getting into the centre involves walking along a busy one-way street. And it's a bit far out of the centre if you want to return for a siesta or a picnic lunch. However, we found excellent neighbourhood (tourist-free) shops nearby. A brilliant start to our holiday

a special small private place in Rome between Trastevere and Vatican, with a nice garden, beautiful new rooms, basically your private villa with garden in the hills of Rome (only 6 rooms), 10 minutes walk downhill to Vatican, best service ever experienced in a hotel (thanks Salvia and Raffaela)

Beautifully furnished, spacious, and elegant rooms. All furnishings are of an exceptionally high-quality with a sophisticated attention to detail.All rooms look out onto a magnificent garden which complements this luxury accomodation.

By carArrive only from Via Aurelia Antica, turn to Via delle Fornaci (one-way) and slow down, we are at first gate on the rigt.
By train
San Pietro train station is the closest to our place, we are at 500 mt distance. If you have a lot of luggage we'll be glad to come to pick you up by car. Please advice on time.
By airplane
Fiumicino or Ciampino airport, then taxi or public transportation. Please advice if you want we arrange a private transfer for you.
