We had to go up five floors every day. It was hard. 3 people was working in the reception but only one call talk english. Very near Spagna.

Staff was great!!! The place has been recently refurbished and even though the space is tight in the sleeping room (which is not unusual in Europe)it was very well kept. Small bathroom but everything new and clean and LOTS of hot water for the shower! Excellent value for money and would recommend it to friends and family. Location could not be better. I would also like to say that this is NOT a hotel, so breakfast is offered at a nearby bar: very nice staff as well! Great stay and will return.

The room was tiny, and with no real windows. You had to choose either to open the "window", getting noise from the street and considerable heat, or close it, which led to total blackout in the room. The breakfast served wasn't very inspiring. Not much bread to choose from, and not much else either. No fruit, no ham etc. or real cheese. On the whole it was a very good price/quality ratio, especially considering the excellent location.
