In the whole hotel is satisfactory with regards to room space, cleaness and servicing, but the room (Walls) was not insulated at all, we heard everything from reception and rooms beside in the middle of night. So hard to sleep well without ear plugs. It looks like this problem is known by the manager. Moreover the room where we have been, the Window was locked and blinded (room 105) Otherwise personnel was very helpful.

I stayed only for a day, after checking into the hotel at noon,i found out in the evening around 7pm that my room Ac was not working fine, i went and told the reception personel and they upgraded me to a double room free of cost for my stay within 5 mins. That was the best thing...The staff was extremely helpful and polite. I have been to rome many times but next time i will definately stay in the same hotel for their value for money and good service.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are fine, nice and clean, and the beds are comfortable. A great room to stay, but overall not a great location. There's not much in the immediate area. The restaurants around the area are terrible and overpriced. You could get better italian food in outback Australia, even plane and hospital food is better. I had the worst food here that I had ever had in Europe, terrible food. But to be honest, the food we had everywhere else wasn't that great either so not sure if it's the location of the 7 kings or Rome in general. But overall like a said a great room to stay. It's still close to public transport which is great. The only thing I would say is I wish they had a business centre with a Computer to access the internet. If you are travelling without a computer, going to an internet cafe in Italy makes you feel uneasy of people using your details fraudelently as they take a copy of your ID by law.

The experience of staying at the hotel lived up to the pictures and guest reviews. The location is perfect for all the main attractions. The staff extremely helpful and gave great recommendations of where to eat. The room itself was very stylish and elegant and I can't ever remember staying in a cleaner, yet homely hotel. I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was a very nice hotel, based in a good location in Rome, where it is easy to walk to many locations, along with a number of bus routes nearby. The reception staff were very helpful, pointing out nearby facilities and bus routes, etc. The rooms were very clean and modern. We only stayed at this accommodation for one night but I enjoyed my stay and would return again if in Rome.

We stayed 1 night when we arrived in Italy & 1 night before we left. Hotel was recently remodeled and was very nicely decorated. Room (2 twin beds) was small, but had enough room for us and for luggage. They didn't have a twin bed room for us on our 2nd stay and put us in a larger triple room. Staff was VERY friendly. They can arrange tours and taxis. Shower was good size, plenty of hot water & great water pressure. A/C worked well! Hotel was well located near train station, but not too close to be scary. It was VERY quiet - unlike our hotel in Florence. Only minor issue - you have to leave your key at front desk and buzz them to get back in. However, they always answered promptly, so really not a big deal. Would definitely recommend & will stay here again!

The rooms were clean, spacious and modern. They do not have food available but a fantastic restaurant just around the corner. It was a little tricky to find on the map but only took 15mins to walk from the train station. Very central and handy to everything you need. Highly recommended

I was traveling alone. Hotel Seven Kings Relais is a very pleasant new hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are tastefully decorated. The only remark I have is that the single rooms are extremely small. They do, however, have all necessary comfort, including air conditioning, hair dryer, television, fridge. Another nice thing is that all musea, piazzas and historical sites are within walking distance.

Very nice new hotel situated in a appartement house in the center of the city. Everything was clean. Very competent and helpful staff - they really love their work! Best service I've ever had in Rome. The room's windows don't show directly to Via XX Settembre, you have a look on a smaller street, so the hotel is not as loud as you might expect.

The Seven Kings was a last minute change for us and we weren't sure what we would get, but the room was really nice and the staff was very helpful and spoke good English. It's about a 10 minute walk from the Republic metro stop and was a pretty good location. We were very happy with it since we had changed from a pretty bad hotel and the Seven Kings had brand new rooms with nice amenities (flat-screen TV and a good AC unit) and it offered a very good price. We have already recommended it to some friends.

I would highly recommend staying in this small hotel. The rooms are very modern and clean and the staff is super helpful. It can be difficult to find, since there is no big sign outside, so watch the numbers carefully and look for the smaller "Seven Kings Relais" sign. It's very convenient to walk to Termini station (about 8 minutes; the hotel surroundings are nicer than the neighborhood nearer to the station so it's worth the extra few minutes). You'll find lots of shops and cafes right near the hotel. There are several buses that stop in front of the hotel and will take you to the main attractions, not very far. A very comfortable hotel at an affordable price!

Non c'e' telefono nelle camera. Esiste una connessione Wireless a internet che da una stanza funzionava e la settimana successiva da un'altra stanza non funzonava bene (segnale debole). Seven Kings Relais is a brand new hotel/pensionate so the decor was fresh and modern just like on the pictures. The location is good because it is close to the metro and bus stops. It is not a large space, it only occupies two floors of a building, but the rooms are very spacious. The only negatives that might bother some people is that the sheets and towels are not changed daily and the walls of the hotel rooms are very thin. Also, we had a hard time finding the hotel the night we arrived. After passing it twice I looked at the little signs on the intercom of the buildings where the hotel should be located according to the numbering and finaly found it. Overall the hotel is a good value and the employees are super nice and very friandly, I would stay there again.

Although this is not a five star Hotel it is a five star room. The only thing missing in the room was a phone. We were the first people to stay in the beautiful room and it was worth the money. The reason it isn't rated higher as a hotel is because they don't offer a restaurant or other services such as laundry. This is the place to go if you all need is a wonderful room.
