The bed & breakfast was at a walking distance form the very center of Rome and the price paid for the room is ok for what you get. The room was a little too small but the only really annoying thing is that the shower drain was obstructedwhen we arrived and even after asking the manager to solve the problem is was not still full working. I hope it is not a common thing. The neighborood is very quiet and the house itself is nice looking and with a nice terrace for breakfast. Maybe they could improve a little the breakfat, which was ok but not outstanding.

Hotel owners weren't friendly, and also for hotels surrounding environment is not know. We were totally unable to communicate in English, he couldn't understand any English even just "water". The hotel breakfast time for 8am to 10am, but the it was to stop the supply of its own and no tell at 9 o'clock. The only time he would be there on time is money and the Check out. In our three night stay, the room never been cleaned up, it didn't provide any maps or tourist information.

we spent 4 nights in Rome (family with 2 young children) and we enjoyed our stay. the stuff was helpful, we got indications on surroundings (shops, public transportation) and when we left we could leave the baggages for almost 8 hours. we really appreciated this. i would recommend the site to our friends. quiet area with very good connections to downtown (buses and metro)

The room was in a cellar, it was a littly humid and there was a smell of beninze/autogas. It was alos quite dark. One night, right above us somebody tried to fix a car, which made an increadible noise and again caused bad smell. The breakfast was ok, not special but anyway; also the shower etc were ok; although the shower curtain was not very clean.

It is very good that you ask this question, I hope that my and others' opinions affect how a hotel should be suitable for guests. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied by the hotel. Before I select it I was looking after several hotels and read about the hotel location. When I read information about the hotel on the web page I thought I found a good hotel but three days before going to Rome realized that I chose the wrong, but it was too late. First it was the language that was the problem. I called to find out where exactly is the hotel but it was no one to talk in English, I received a reply at 18:00 would be someone who can talk in English but it was not so. I flew to Rome but I was worried all the time if I can in time find the hotel befor check in. I menan before 10:00. Finally, with the help of a tourist office, I got the information I needed. The situation in the hotel was not good either. I was there six days, it was only the first day I got towels, It was no soap either. and cleaned the room did when I said to the employees and it did only two times. It was very poor breakfast, no cheese, butter or jam. The worst thing was the language. I could finally find a guest at the hotel which was Italian and could talk English and translated for me.

Nice and peaceful B & B. Miss a little pit turnover to the breakfast.

We arrived late after a long journey and although I booked a double room we were only offered a twin room. The owner didn't seem to understand the difference (his English is as good as my Italian) and, while this may seem trivial, for a romantic weekend in 'the eternal city', it makes quite a difference. A week after our break we are laughing about the misunderstanding but at the time I was a little frustrated. So, if you are happy to get what you are given or can speak enough Italian to discuss the finer points with the owners then this B&B is perfectly OK. Personally, while I love Rome and will go back again, I won't be staying here.
