Inn Residenza Ki - Rome

The staff, namely diogo was fantastic, very helpful, very friendly. hotel was in a superb location, close to everything.

Quite close to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, about a 20 minute walk to Colosseum and other sites. Furniture a little outdated, but good for a basic stay.

My husband and I had a great room on the 1st floor with a queen size bed that had a flat screen TV and private bath. The breakfast was more than we expected with options of hard-boiled eggs, croissants, rolls, cereals, cold cuts, juice and coffee. Breakfast room was spacious and clean. Staff was excellent: friendly and so accommodating. The location of this B&B is perfect. You can walk everywhere and it is also close to Metro station. Recommend this highly for those on a budget.

Housekeeping is conducted daily but the rooms are not very clean. Free Wi-Fi available in breakfast room.

I enjoyed my stay. Room was very clean if small. There was no bar which meant one could not meet people in the hotel in the evenings. Location was perfect. Price was very reasonable. I will stay in Residenza Ki again

After reading reviews on venere website and on trip advisor I thought Residenza Ki would be a charming place. Especially at 190 euros per night. It wast not! We had a rather shabby room with two tiny old nitestands, a small TV high up near ceiling that we could hardly see, one double bed and one old single bed. Old shabby bed coverings. The breakfast was adequate. The staff was kind and helpful. The only good thing about the 'Ki' was the central location - near everything in Rome. I would not use venere.com again. There was a very lovely small hotel across the street from us with rates about 50 Eur. per night less than we paid for our shabby room.

VERY SMALL HOTEL BUT VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WE ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT SO IT WAS FINE BUT I DON'T KNOW IF I WOULD STAY LONGER THAN 2 OR 3 DAYS. IT LOOKS LIKE POSSIBLY A WORK IN PROGRESS ON THE SECOND FLOOR WHERE WE WERE. IT WAS NOT DECORATED AT ALL AND THE RECEPTION AREA WAS USED AS STORAGE. THE RECEPTION ON THE 3RD FLOOR WAS TINY AND CLUTTERED. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH BUT IT WAS LOCATED IN THE TREVI FOUNTAIN AREA SO I ASSUME ALL THE HOTELS ARE PRICEY. LOTS OF STAIRS AND NO LIFT!

Francesco made my mother & I feel very welcome on arrival. After offering us a coffee he had us organised in a matter of minutes with a map, marking the sights, giving public transport advice etc and booked us on 2 tours. Nothing was too much trouble and it was always done with a smile. My only criticism was the rooms could have been a little cleaner as there was dust etc under the bed & the towels should have been changed more frequently (we were there 4 nights & had the same towels the whole time). However it was a fantastic location & we could walk from the train station with our cases without any difficulty. I would definitely stay there again.

Very central loction-great welcome + staff always very helpful and well informed.. be guided by their recommendations, restaurants, trips and even times to visit sights... great base... metro station close by. thank you for all your help, we had a wonderful trip. we will recommend to our friends and when we return to rome we hope to stay @ residenza ki

Despite the delay leaving customs at the airport due to lost baggage we were relieved to find our driver still waiting.Our room was clean and comfortable.Gigi was welcoming and gave us very helpful hints during our 5 night stay.Gigi also hastened the return of our bags with no prompting.Breakfast was basic but adequate. Fresh coffee made by Gigi.The proximity to all major sites was great. We walked the city of Rome and enjoyed our stay.
