We had a very pleasant stay in Piumith in June 2012. Nice room, nice bathroom, good breakfast and good help from the staff. It's a place you would love to go back too!

The Piumith hotel is simple but very good. Excelent value for money. The room is quite confortable with everything in good working conditions (TV, air conditioning, etc), the bathroom very clean, the breakfast much better then other similar hotels in Rome. The hotel keeper (Allaudin) was extremely kind and allways willing to provide everything we needed. The place is very silent at night.

The hotel is conveniently located for the Termini central station. It is located on the second floor of a typical Roman apartment block on a street with several similar hotels. The only downside was that we were asked to pay the bill in full in cash, we managed to scrape this together! On reflection I seem to remember this being the same for similar hotels in the past. We had keys for the entry door to the courtyard, the lift, the entry door to the hotel and the door of our room. There was no problem with access at any time. The manager was polite and well informed, he did say that one day he would retire to his homeland of Sri Lanka, it will be difficult to replace him. We would return.

Small place with 3 rooms. Breakfast was okei, we got even cereals with milk. Location is also very good, just few hundred meters from the train station.

Piumith is one of the better options to stay in Rome. It gives the value for money, is very close to Roma Termini, and is apt for travelers who would spend most of the day roaming around in Rome. Suneil, the hotel manager, is a very responsible person and one of the best hosts we have encountered during our travel.

Suneil, the manager, was awesome! He was friendly, gracious and helpful. Our luggage did not arrive on the flight with us but he took care of accepting it from the airlines while we were out sight seeing. We felt very comfortable, in a strange city, while staying at the Piumuth B & B.

When we arrived, we had to wait to get a key that had been locked in by a previous guest. To describe this as a bed and breakfast is to say that that a landfill is Mount Everest. the owner/counterman was helpful, but there was little organization to the place. It would be good for students.

As described, very close to Termini and several places to eat nearby. Sunil, our host, was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is at 8am, and served in your room; yes, there is no common area for breakfast. If you plan to sleep late, make sure to let your host know. Not plentiful, but enough to hold you for 2-3 hours. Elevator works with a key, which you will get upon registering. Room was nice, clean and tidy, same as bathroom. Not super spacious but enough for us. Rooms open to an interior courtyard of the building which makes it very quiet and nice. In general, a good stay and good value for money. There is a new Rome tax of 2 euros per person per night that must be paid cash. This is collected by the hotel. The only minus (and not just Piumith, but general all hotels and B&B are same: beds are a bit small for me - I am 6' 2" and used to a king size at home). Like most other visitors, we only need a place to sleep and shower, and Piumith provides both at the right price.

My husband and I who are 64 and 62 yerars old liked very much to stay at the B&B Piumith. The room and bathroom were very nice and very clean. Mr. Piumith was so kind and helpful to us. When we asked a question he alwals helped and answered in a very kind way. We recommend the B&B to others.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel looks over an attractive courtyard. Small room, bed and breakfast an advantage, although it was all basic (reflected by the price). We had some difficulty with using credit card for payment and were given different answers by different employees. In the end, could not use card

There is clean room and located near Roma Termini. The staff is so helpful, but we had some problems with B&B finding, there is no signboard (and we checked in there in the evening).

The service given here met our expectations. The room was clean, the building was quiet, the breakfast was delivered timely each day. I would probably stay there again. A bit spendy though.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in mid-September. Very clean facility with helpful staff. The building is very close to the Metro and easy-to-access. The espresso was lovely but the prepackaged breakfast could be skipped.

Veery nice B&B, nice stuff. Pleasant room in east style. Best relationship between price/quality. We had some problems with hotel search, there is no signboard, only the call button. We recommend Piumith for a stop in Rome

The courtyard outside was really nice, but had a sign that prohibited lingering. There were no other common areas. The rooms were clean but a little crowded. The beds were comfortable, but not the pillows. There were no clocks in the rooms. Breakfast was packaged crescent rolls, packaged toast, good coffee or tea. There is no internet access if the owner is not there with his laptop. There is a cheap internet cafe nearby. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The other staff person was helpful but a little short and seemingly a little annoyed when asked for assistance. The hotel is 2 blocks from the train station and metro lines, making getting to and from anywhere very convenient. The area is fine, but not nice. I never felt in danger at any time. It was quiet at night, but close to some decent bars and restaurants.

Piumith was exactly as advertised. Not more, but not less. Very convenient being so close to Termini, it's metro stop and many bus stops. Good price vs quality for being so close to all the tourist attractions.

Piumuth was a pleasant place to stay. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. The location was excellent within walking distance of the train station and other attractions. The room was very spaceous and clean and the bathroom modern. We picked Piumuth because they had A/C and an elevator and we were happy to find that both worked perfectly. I would recommend this highly to anyone who needs a good place to stay in Rome.

The pictures do not represent this hotel well. When we first got there, we had a room so small for 4 people & no a/c that we decided to leave the next day. When we informed the mgr. they moved us to a bigger room so we decided to stay. The room was very very clean, quiet, and secure. Breakfast consisted of "cookies", cakes (that compare to twinkies), coffee, juice boxes and milk. There is no lobby so this makes it a bit difficult to locate. Overall, the managers were nice, room was clean and in a great location, but I don't think I would comeback. Mgmt. tried to accomodate us to the best of their ability, but the price was not worth the room we got.
