I'm very disappointed to have to write a less than glowing review of this hotel, as it appears that others on venere have loved it - but we were really disappointed. As others have indicated, silvia kindly offered to book us a car in advance which we gratefully accepted -especially as she warned us that taxi drivers could overcharge. We agreed to the 35euro price however when we arrived at termini we couldn't find the car anywhere (went to all 3exits) so decided to get a taxi. It cost us 13euro including tip, and as we got out of the car I received an abusive phone call from the car company to my uk phone - and silver was also very rude when we got in. I'm appalled she passed on my number without permission and wouldn't believe me that there was no one waiting for us at the station. The rooms were small and dark with peeling wallpaper, but the bathrooms were horrible - full of mildew and with leaking shower heads. The only saving grace was the coffee machine in the kitchen which made good coffee.

We spent three nights in this guest house. Is is located near Sant Angelo. It was a very nice and sweet experience. Our room in the back was very quiet, nice and very clean. Breakfast in the room. We were given all the keys necessary to get in.We walked everywhere in the historical town as well in the night we walked on via Cola di Rienzo with nice cafe and gellato. Thank you for all Silvia and Luciana. We'll be back for sure.

We had a 4 nights holiday at Rome in Sebtember. Our room was very cosy and nice and clealines was exellent. The room was very quiet from midnight till morning. All the public areas were also cosy and well cleaned. Downsides were very poor breakfast and very poor english some of the staff members. One staff member spoke exellent english. At first night our key didnt work and we were lucky that there were a staff member inside to get us in!!! After that we didnt have any problems. The staff were wery friendly. The staff are in the reception only few our a day between 11 - 15. Before arriving remember to inform your checking in time by email!!! I recommend this guest house if you prefer only nice room and dont need staff and breakfast. A proper breakfast you will get some of the many cafes just aroud the corner. The location was exellent!

Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ci tornero di sicuro.

The property was close to the Vatican. However, there is not anyone on duty at the location. We arrived and rang the bell only to find that no one was there. We were fortunate for the kindness of a fellow guest and their cell phone to call the person who manages the place to come and check us in. We were also not happy with the fact that phone and internet connection were advertised but neither was available in our room.

This is a guest house, not a hotel (no restaurant, no reception, no service). The rooms are relatively large and quiet. The location is ideal to visit the main sigths in Rome.
