Excellent value for money. Note that Nerva has two different locations, both close to eachother, but on different streets. I stayed in the one in via Cavour, which is not were the reception is. This has some inconveniences, but the room was super quiet despite being in a house on a busy street. The staff was very friendly, but note that they are not available at all times. As to location, it is convenient for visiting Colosseum and the Forum, and anywhere covered by the metro, but not really for the city centre. A step away from via Urbana which is very athmospheric and has a number of nice restaurants.

Hotel staff was welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and the bathroom modern and complete. The metro was literally right outside my window but the noise stopped early enough in the evening not to be a bother.

Nice little hotel/bed&breakfast. Couldn't be closer to metro! Cavour has lots of little restaurants to enjoy in the evenings. This was a good value for the price. If you are expecting luxury though, don't stay here. We would stay again.

We chose Nerva Accomodation based on geographical location (close to both the historical centre and Metro stations), previous customer reviews, as well as price (less than 50€ pr night pr person). PROS: It was very easy to find, having studied the Google street map in advance. The entrance could be better marked though. Having been in Rome before we quickly got settled in our rooms, received a brief explanation of how to come and go, public area etc. Then we were off for a walk to the Colosseum - 5 minutes away! Room was quiet, didn't hear anything from the Metro, just the regular passerby chatting in the evenings. Room was cleaned every day, and sheets changed if asked for. Free WIFI. Free fruit, juice and croissants in the morning. CONS: The bed was HARD! Breakfast consists of coffee and croissant at the neighbouring café, and would hardly pass as "breakfast" in my country...! The public area is rather small, but with all the necessary equipment (fridge, microwave, coffeemachines etc). I didn't try it, but my colleague said the TV had only Italian-speaking channels. Conclusion: If they only made the beds softer I would retrun here without hesitation!

We were provided an excellent furnished apartment. The location was great. We didn't have to drag our bags too far from the Termini station. And it was easy to get to the Metro, Vatican, Colesseum, Roman Forumn, Trevi, and Pantheon. Spacious and comfortable furnishings. The only drawback was the noise. It had a shared courtyard, which was very loud with people coming and going, as well as the other apartments above it. If u have a sleep mask & ear plugs its much better. Overall great place & location for the price, if u can deal with the noise.

Of all the accommodation I stayed at over my holiday I was very pleased with Nerva and they come highly recommended in my book! I will be absolutely sure to return there in the future -should I be so lucky. The location is absolutely superb; and really what you get for the price you pay, it's a steal! Fantastic! Am very delighted to have been a guest (for two nights).

I staid there for 6 nights. The accomodation is very well located: next to the Cavour metro station, 10 minutes walk to the Colosseo, 15 minutes walk to Palatino e Foro Romano, 25 minutes walk to Pantheon e Piazza Navona. The welcoming was really great. The staff is very very nice, helpful and want you to have a nice stay. The room was not huge but comfortable, Wifi is available free of charge. It may be a little bit noisy (you can hear some noise from the outside), but this is acceptable. This is the counterpart of having the underground station a few steps away. The breakfast is not taken in this property but in a typical italian coffee in front of the accomodation (typical light italian breakfast: cornetto e cappucino). Overall a nice stay!

I stayed for three days with my daughter. The accomodation is in walking distance to the major attractions. The room was clean and met our requirements. Some noise from the street but not leading to sleepless nights. We have enjoyed our stay.

Quite easy to find, it's right on the metro station "Cavour". Watch out, it's on the first floor of a 3 floors building. People very kind (even made a reservation for us in a restaurant they recommended). We were worried because there were not always someone at the reception but you can come and go as you wish thanks to a magnetic key. Room a little small but very clean. Can't tell if it's quiet: first night very noisy, second one very quiet. If you make any reservation, ask directly on the website for your wishes. Exemple,we had the quieter room (not on the street with two single beds). Location of the hotel was really good. A lot of small shops and restaurants. Very close to the Forum and the Coliseum. Each morning, you can have a breakfast (included in the price) at the cafféteria just 5 meters of the door (it's opened from 5.30 am - quite easy when you want to leave early). I would recommend this hotel for young people without childrens.

One of the best location for sight seeing in Rome. And they are providing rental bike, it is really useful for cheap trip. Room quality is higher than this class apartment. I would like to stay here again if I have opportunity to visit Rome again.

I can not recommend this place. It was very, very noisy: tenants in apartment upstairs (cying baby, loud footsteps), street noise, Metro announcements, etc. Ear plugs are a necessity. It was difficult to find. The room is outfitted with cheap items from IKEA. The bed is hard as a rock. The lighting is inadequate. There was little to no hot water available for a shower. No elevator. I will not return.

Everything was in order end very clean. My bed was comfortable. Also, i felt secure in this place. I will return to this hotel and i would definitely recomend this place to my family or friends. Thanks for the excellent service to the staff of Nerva Accommodation and a happy new year, buon anno, Ciao !

I was in Nr. 2 with view to the metro station Cavour. I liked this room with the colors white and grey and a little bit green. It was very harmony and had a warm atmosphere. In the bathroom I had place enough, it was very comfortable. The accomodation has a kitchen where you can always have a coffee. Also where is a refrigerator. So I could buy some food for lunch or for my tours. The staff was very lovely and helpful. But I must say that I speak a little italian so something was easier because not all off the staff speaks English.

The pleasant location, very close to the Colosseum, a branch B - not so convenient for the main sights, but an entrance in the subway is practically about the front door! A breakfast is in very pleasant small cafe two steps away from hotel - a croissant and coffee on a choice. Also nearby there are a lot of other cafes and restaurants where it is possible to have dinner. Accomodation is quite convenient, there is a common kitchen that is simply invaluable at travel with small children. From minuses - we were moved from one number in another and we didn't understand why. At first were upset, but the room appeared more convenient than previous and we didn't begin to try to find out. Well and bidet existence - a certain minus at travel with the small child to drag it from there it is impossible!

Convenient but NOISY location. Quite secure but it really needs proper double glazing as it is right next to the steps used to get to the metro. Ear plugs are essential at least until you get used to the noise. The street cleaners started power cleaning at 4:30am

I enjoyed my stay at Nerva Accommodation and would recommend it to anyone except maybe elderly people or elderly couples because of 1.the lack of a lift though it's only on the second floor (third if you're American) and 2.the noise from the restaurant terrace on one side and the underground entrance/exit on the other. The proprietor of the caffè where you get your breakfast is not the most charming of men, and you only get a coffee or capuccino and a cornetto. But if you take into consideration the more than reasonable prices of Nerva Accommodation, it's not too big a deal. A big plus if you're in Rome on a small budget: there's a kitchen with refrigerators, a cooking stove and a microwave oven where you can cook your own food. All in all, I was very satisfied, and I would return.

There are 2 Nerva hotels, owned by the same people. My search started me with Hotel Nerva but took me to a reservation for Nerva Accommodation without clearly informing me there were two different hotels. HN is a regular hotel, and NA is a budget place. My room was fine for me, and my traveling companion was quite satisfied with her room as well, but my room would have been too small and restricted for my wife had she been there even though the room was listed as a double. There was no telephone in the room, and there is no one in the office after business hours, so there is no way to contact anyone in an emergency or if something is needed. There is no shelf in the bathroom to put down anything. There is one plastic desk/side chair and a small table for a desk. My room had a plastic box for a bedside table, but my companion's room had no bedside table at all. My bathroom had a hand bidet, but my companion's room had a regular bidet. Towels are not changed every day, the bed is not made every day, and the bathroom is not cleaned every day. The owners are very nice and helpful. The included continental breakfast is served in the caffe across the small piazza and is typical. The neighborhood is not touristy, and there are many small, quiet, good restaurants in the immediate vicinity frequented by locals. The Cavour metro stop is right outside the hotel door and very convenient. The room was quiet, with only a small amount of noise from the piazza where local youth gather to talk every night.

Impossible to beat the price/quality combination, this location in Rome is so convenient to the Historical landmarks like the Colliseum and Palantine Hill along with being across street from a Metro station makes it a steal. Add that the accomodations are new, well designed and of highly quality, we will be staying here any time we're in Rome.

The rooms provided are basic but clean and spacious. The location is excellent within walking distance to the main train station and some of city's major sights. We were welcomed with very friendly and helpful staff. Free bikes were provided which made getting around the city so easy. We had a problem one day with them as we locked them by accident in an area which was prohibited. The hotel manager was really helpful, coming out to move them for us, which was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay here again.

Hot water for shower, not really hot and temperature goes up and down. Shower needs to be decalcificated. Sadel stick on 'rental' bikes too low for persons above 1,70 m in height. ... but ala in all a pleasant stay at Nerva accomodation, which we can recomment to others. Monti area is a perfect area in Rome. We will for sure come back to room no. 1 in the 'green' surroundings. Thanks a lot for your hospitality
