Upside - Our room was beautiful, spacious, with a large, modern bathroom that even included a new, clean tub! Great location near Piazza Navonna, and convenient walking to almost everywhere. Downside - No common or public area, besides a small office that is sometimes closed. Breakfast served to room, due to no dining area, so no meeting other guests, etc. Breakfast consists of toast/croissant, coffee, juice, no meats/cheeses/protein. Our room had a window on Via Governo Vecchio, which could be very noisy at night.

This hotel includes 3 different buildings. One we were placed was horible, dusty and practically no window. We were supposed to walk over 20 minutes with the luggage to reach the building. No elevator was there a many steps to claimb with the luggage.Noisy, because the nearby restaurants were open till early morning. The entrance was extremly full with excrements and cigarettes tubs. Inform any future guests that are going to the terrible place. Location exellent, stuff friendly. The personal in the reception are accusing venere for not giving the correct information. We were not happy at all!!!

Location was my main reason for choosing the Inn Navona, Governo Vecchio 118. Order confirmed room in annexe building. No problem as "annexe" per definition is a side building or semi attached house. Trouble started when main reception at Inn Navona could not accept my check in. One is supposed to check in at the annexe,(no information given on this) but it turns out the annexe is not an annexe at all! It is located very far away from the hotel itself, approx 10 min walk actually, even though the Venere map indicates one location only! This means you cannot use the transportation by bus 64 and such as described in the Venere listing for the Inn Navona, Governo Vecchio 118. So be aware that location info given on the map is somewhat confusing and wrong as you dont know where you will stay until after booking is done, and this uncertainty is not acceptable. That said, my room was excellent, clean and nicely decorated and the breakfast included was delivered to my room...very nice! The staff is polite and very helpfull and speaks fluently english. I recommend this hotel if you can live with the uncertainty regarding room location as described above.

When I arrived I did not go to the correct building and had to walk 5-10 min to correct place. Staff walked me and helped me with bags. The room is small and clean. Bathroom had large tub and was newer. I wasn't sure about this place, but staff was great and room ending up being just fine. Its more like an apartment with breakfast served to your room. I would stay again. Great location to piazza novona. My building would not be suitable to anyone who can't get up steep steps

Our room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff was helpful and kind. The location was fantastic. Luckily they fixed the elevator just before we left so it was nice not to walk up and down 6 flights of long stairs after a long day of walking around Rome and we didn't have to carry our luggage down the stairs either. The only thing we were not happy with was the bed. It looked like it might collapse and it was very squeaky.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful, a porter helped carry our bags up the 3 flights of stairs to our room. The lift was out of action but that was no problem. Location is excellent with all amenities on your door step and Piazza Navona only a few minues walk in fact most the major sights are walking distance to the residence, theperfect location. The only complaint with our room would be the bathroom was very small but this was no big deal.

It was difficult for 4 people to have breakfast on a very small table !! Moreover the rooms are located on the third floor , difficult for elder people! You have to notice it when describing the place. The location is perfect and staff very competent.

We had a very nice room(Room Flaminio). Romantic and cosy. Friendly and helpfull staff. Nice breakfast. Perfect location. It is in the heart of Rome. Close to many attractions and busstop. Yes, the stairs almost kills you in the end of a long day, but the B&B is worth it. (they are building an elevator -in italian speed) We will definitely be back. Must say, the bed was very squeaky..

Our room was perhaps the least good of those on offer, with a squeezed-in bathroom, but still very nice. The location is very good, in the centro storico and busy, but not too much so. Da Bafetto, the best pizza I have ever eaten and well worth waiting in line for, is downstairs a few doors along. Pleasant staff, easily negotiated stairs, a better than average breakfast. The only downside was poor internet reception.

Clean, cool, spacious and perfectly located. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were worried about the street noise, but the air conditioning drowned it out very efficiently. We were also concerned about parking our rental car, but the hotel suggested a garage 5-10 minutes walk away where we were able to leave our car at reasonable rates. The only downside would be the stairs for those less mobile or with overly heavy bags. The climb was worth it, though. It was a really good base for central Rome.
