As the landlord is not living at the adress, would I recomment to point out, that we have to phone the landlord, when we know the time for arrivel, so that we do not have to try to come in for ahalf an our, before we phoned the landlord.

Very small nice hostel with 4 rooms, only 15 minutes from termini, you can visit most of the sightseeing monuments by foot (colosseum, forum romanum, ...), you can use the small kitchen to make your breakfast (there is milk, orange juice, toast, marmelade, coffee, ...). we stayed in rome for 6 nights and visited the whole days rome. to sleep in the small hostel it is ok. it is quiet.

It is an excellent place to stay. An apartment converted into a hotel, it gives a homely feeling in the heart of Rome. The guests have 24 hour access to kitchen as well which they can use to make tea. Some travellers coming to Rome after a long flight might find it frustrating to locate the apartment as there are no outside signs and it is on the third floor of the building. One needs to take note of the mobile number of the owner as there is no 24-hour reception. You have to notify the owner about your arrival and he then sends a member of staff to give you the keys. It would be best if you know these details in advance so as not to be disappointed or frustrated when you reach this place. My overall stay in this building was very comfortable.

Massimo isa great guy! First we didn't find the front door. He was there on the street and he contacted us and show the room. After check ou he left the keys at me so I could left our luggages at the room for the last day. The room was great the little bathroom was very nice, I will make similar to my bedroom too... :) Recommended place!

the B&B is difficult to find, since there is no sign in the street, and it occupies only one floor of a building without any sign on the front side of this building.

We arrived in Rome at night and it was quite difficult to find te gueshouse, however, when we finally arrived, Massimo was there to greet us in an extremely professional, yet friendly, manner. The following day, we actually saw where we went wrong and from then it was easy to find the guest house. We stayed at the Rome Termini 2 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is self service, which suited us perfectly, as you can sleep in and prepare your breakfast when you are ready. The guesthouse is very central and we took the hop on-hop off bus the following day to do our sightseeing. Thank you Massimo, for your friendliness and hopitable nature. We really enjoyed our stay at the Termini.

The location is good, and so is the price. However, the owner/proprietor, though certainly not impolite or unfriendly, seems a little too careless in his attitude towards his guests.

Repetiremos.

The Roma Termini is a good place to select if you want to stay a few days in Roma for a small price. The rooms are clean and confortable, but, one of them is not so quiet because has a window in the wall near the kitchen! Except for this, the rest it was ok.

We had a great one night stay at A Roma Termini! It is only four blocks from the main train station. It had a self service breakfast which was great for our 4:30am departure. It was clean and just as pictured on the website. It was not well marked outside, however we had the address and were able to figure it out from there. We did not have a phone or computer with us to correspond with the owner. He was very nice. The neighborhood was kind of seedy, as most near train stations are, however the building is beautiful inside and the B&B is lovely!!

Accueil correct. Langue française et anglaise approximative.

It is best to call and arrange for the arrival timing as there was some misunderstanding for my own arrival. The location of the B&B is great, quite near from Rome Termini station. The room is very spacious and as the owner Massimo says, "you can play football in here!" We were very impressed with the room size and find the room better than some hotels we have stayed in other parts of Italy. There is a small kitchen where we have our breakfast and you can wipe up a small meal if you want to. In general, this B&B is a good choice if you want some place near the Termini. The owner Massimo is also extremely helpful!

Website quoted price is Euro75 with bath room INSIDE bedroom. However, this is totally different when we arrived that the offer is bahroom outside the bedroom. We informed the staff that our booking is bathroom within room but shame that he is very IMPOLITILY said we have no money and 75 euro is bathroom outside, 90euro is bathroom inside. We then advise we are willing to pay extra 15euro for room with bathroom but again he IMPOLITLY told us no more room and leave with to pay a night fee if we want to cancel booking. This is very disappointing that we never have the staff support and we actually have been forced to leave and pay 75 euro to the staff without slip with threaten from the staff. This is an unforgettable and unhappy memory for us with the use of this website/B&B service. Pls note we finally find the hotel which opposite from this B & B with same price 75euros but bathroom within room.

Not very easy to find if you expect the sort of hotel we have in France. Better to have your mobile with you, our arrival time had been wrongly noted and nobody was there for our welcome. Very quickly remedied though, but makes you feel uneasy when you don't know the town !!! A flat on third floor with 4 bedrooms (three with toilet -bathroom in the room), a bathroom for the fourth room and a tiny kitchen well serviced for breakfast, but with only 4 seating places. Possibility to cook meals. Traffic heavy (windows have to be kept shut), can be very noisy inside depending on your flat mates, their use of TV at night and their varying hours (we stayed seven nights). Shops not very far. Well enough located, near the rail station, a bus station and touristic buses.

We spent several enjoyable nights at A Roma Termini. It is very close to the Rome Termini (main rail station) and with this central location can go anywhere around Rome quite easily. The staff is very nice and Massimo, who owns the B&B is quite nice and accomodating. We would definitely stay there again whenever we visit Rome.

Receptionist did not speak english but check-in was ok. There are 3 rooms which have common bathroom then one private ensuited, all in big flat. Rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast is self-serviced in a flat. Not suitable for a family. Good for couples, it is 200 metres from Termini station, heart of Rome public transport.

Very nice B&B, the room was big and not expensive since it was august. It was hot but we had a fan. Very close to the station and San Lorenzo, so there are nice bars and pubs around. Not far from the centre either, about 10 minutes walking to Piazza Venezia.

We stayed for one night, coming in late. I emailed the property the day before, and the owner was waiting for us at the corner, to give us keys! This was a first in my experience, very pleasant... The room we had was large enough. No AC, but the ceiling fan saved the night (it was very hot outside...). Windows open onto a modestly noisy street, we were able to sleep OK. Breakfast is basic, but there is a fridge, I think you can bring in your own stuff if needed.

The accommodation was basic but very clean and this was more important as we spent little time in the room. The welcome was excellent and the propriator was very helpful and pleasant. It was noisy but no more than you expect in a capital city, earplugs are helpful. You are in walking distance of all the major attractions and there are several good bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. I woul stay there again and recommend this hotel to those wanting to see Rome on a budget without compromising on the standard of cleanliness.

Great location near the train station and public transportation. The owner was very kind and helpful and provided us with a map and excellent directions. The room was large and clean. The windows blocked out the street noise but the other guests could easily be heard - we were woken by guests checking in at 2 in the morning (ringing the front door, talking, showering, etc.) The bathroom was modern except for the sliding accordion-style door to the bathroom which was very noisy and the clear panels on the door offered no privacy. I would suggest bringing your own hairdryer since there aren't any in the rooms and the owner is not always around to borrow one from. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. Definitely a good bargain and I would stay here again.

the description of the way to "A Roma Termini" is wrong! via Giolitti - via Gioberti is correct. But then "turn on right to via Napoleone III" is wrong! There is via Farini. From via Gioberti you have to turn on left. By the way this is to far to "A Roma Termini". It's better from Metro station Vittorio (4minutes). "A Roma Termini" is on the corner via Napoleone III/via Rattazzi !

We had a wonderful time in Rome much was due to the friendliness of Salvador. We managed to communicate through the language diffilculty and he was a terrific help to us with his up to date information of Roma. When we visit Rome again we shall stay at Roma termini as we enjoyed the lovely friendly atmosphere. It is situated in a wonderful position to visit all the wonders of Rome and every place is easily accessible due to the proximity of the Termini.Perhaps the one complaint i can make is the grafitti sadly around the main entrance to the property which seems to happen so often anywhere one travels in the modern world.God bless and thanks again for a lovely time
