Small, very convient hotel in the heart of Rome at an exceptionally low price. The room was clean with bath TV, WiFi all recently renovated. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Very good quality for the price. Affordable, clean, easy to find and good location. Usually for hotels in this price range in Rome you would find rooms that are more cramped or not as well maintained, but this hotel exceeded my expectations for the value. Staff was friendly and helpful as well.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. They were a highlight of our stay in Rome. The rooms were clean. The only thing we had a problem with was the keys and once we got that figured out it was one thing we will remember and find amusing. I can't say too much about the staff who were so friendly and went above and beyond for us! THANKS!

My two friends and my husband stayed at Magnificico. Found restaurant close by which was great after busy days of sightseeing. Front desk staff EXCELLENT! Had steps to the elevator. The receptionist for the buliding was mean and unfriendly - not associated with Magnifico.

To pass a door and a gate in the night gives a safe feeling. But, because you don't get a key, you always have to wait for the personnel coming down to open the gate. It's a surprise to find such a quiet place in a very busy street. A good hotel to come back in the future.

We were very badly welcomed by a young man that did not give us any help with our luggage and tried to make us pay more for the room than the price I had agreed with on the internet. we had to pay cash (I had secure my reservation with a credit card and did not read any comment about cash only policy so that it seemed a little bit strange) and did not receive a proper receipt for the payment. we had to ask for towels for our room and the man acted as if he was very surprised that we did not have ours with us. when we got back to the hotel, we were lucky to find people in the street that opened the building but had to wait 1/4 hour at the door (I phoned but nobody answered) because the man managing the pensione had gone out for a drink : he had not given us any keys. And afterwards he went to our room to ask for his cash which is quite unusual ! the morning after, he was quite rude and did not give any more help . I have been several times in italy in pensione or hotels and have never been as disappointed so I guess I would not recommen at all this pensione.
