The Locanda provides, on request, meeting and events' organization, business dinners at the restaurant, a pleasant courtyard with garden for guests' relaxation and discounted rates at various nearby sporting and recreational centres of horse riding, tennis, golf, wellness and fitness. A children outdoor play ground area is available on-site.
Great location from which to go to Ippodromo Capenelle for Italian Derby. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Traffic going by on road noisy though.

Restaurant/DiningThe Locanda delle Corse Hotel's restaurant Salvi, also known as Trattoria delle Corse, is one of the oldest restaurant of Rome and it is managed from over 50 years by the Salvi family.
At the end of 19th century, the restaurant was a dining retreat for people who were looking for a rest during the horse rides at the hyppodrome. Today, the ancient flavours, the traditional dishes of the Roman cuisine and the excellent wines are served in the same way and ambience. At the restaurant, guests will also enjoy pizzas and sweeties for all tastes. -

Great location from which to go to Ippodromo Capenelle for Italian Derby. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Traffic going by on road noisy though.

A little disappointing for the price we paid - our room overlookied the busy road and was noisy and a little cramped for what we thought was a "suite". Good breakfast though, and the restaurant is excellent.

By carFrom all highways, reach the G.R.A. (Grande Raccordo Anulare). From there, take the exit 23 SS7 Appia towards Roma Centro. Proceed along via Appia Nuova until the number 1260.
By train
From Rome Termini train station, take the regional train to Ciampino and get off at Capannelle station. The hotel is a few steps away on via Appia Nuova at number 1260.
By airplane
From Rome Fiumicino-Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, take the local train Leonardo Express to Rome Termini train station. From there, take the underground Line A to Colli Albani stop. Then, take the bus line 664 and get off in front of Capannelle hippodrome.
