Inn La Casa di Rosy - Rome

Really nice place for the money you pay. Location is perfect: 5 minutes by foot to Termini station 15 minutes by foot to Colosseum. The main problem is noisy street under the windows (trams) and the window was not really tight, so it was a bit cold in the night.

Great & cosy B&B, centrally located. Would prefer b'fast though not to be served with plastic plates/cups, this does not fit to the stay in the really nicely furnitured rooms and turns your feeling in the morning a bit down. Unfortunate was that 2 outdoor jackets were forgotten in the room, of which only one was found and sent 1 month later.

Well priced in easy accessable location being close to Termini Difficult to talk to owner as he doesn't speak or understand english. difficult. breakfast could be a little more with some fruit and yoghurt.

Great hotel, great location, near the railway station. Very nice stuff and clean rooms.

They made me change room for the second night, which I found rather unusual. But when I left my room the other one was not ready yet, so I was "homeless" for about an hour. No wireless internet, breakfast was poor, all in all the ambience is just not familiar nor warm. The walls are quite thin, and so you wake up when the first hotel guests have breakfast. It's great to be near the station and the price would be sort of ok, but I'll look for another place next time.

Eravamo tre amiche in una stanza tripla. Ci siamo trovate molto bene. L'accoglienza è stata ottima. Molto gentilmente i proprietari hanno consentito il rilascio dei bagagli prima del consueto check-in.

Estuvimos 3 noches en la Casa di Rosy. La zona donde está no es la mejor de Roma, pero está al lado de Termini con lo que facilita la llegada al metro y eso, aunque andando está todo muy cerca. Las habitacions son espaciosas, teníamos una tripe, el baño parece nuevo y las camas comodisimas. El desayuno estaba bien. Si volviera a Roma, repetiría estancia.

The personnel are very helpful and friendly. The property is well-situated: 15 min by foot from Colosseo, 3 min from Termini station. The rooms were small, but clean and well-equipped: shower, conditioner, hair-dryer. Brekfast was poor (tea, coffee, croissant, jam), but as I know it is usual for Rome. We found very good bar on Via Nazionale,unfortunatelly I don't remember the name or the number of the house(between Via Genova and Via d. Quattro Fontana), pizza, wine and service were excellent.

The owner of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is at very convient location to Termini Station. Easy access to any tourist destinations on metro. Highly recommended.

We stay in a triple room. Very nice bathroom. Located near Termini Raillway Station. Employee was not very kind and treat us very badly. There was some confusion in our reservation because we were sent to Casa di Amy to make the check-in. We were told to do the payment on the moment of check-in and they have not payment for credit card.

Generally ok, but please avoiid to all means the room from the street side (extremely noisy), every day same breakfast and not very friendly service

Great room and bed. All new bathroom. Unbeatable space and breakfast quality at this price. Reception not always on site so be sure to communicate well before arriving.
