Nice, since it's near the Termini and the Bus Station. Also nice shops that are walking distance...Hop-on-Hop-Off busses nearby. sa many restaurants around--just take your pick---Noisy at night-- so near the street. Tiny, tiny elevator was a big help! Enjoyed Rome..would return to this hotel if they have rooms that are more quiet.

We did not get the room that we reserved for the first night (only 4 beds instead of 5) and one of our party had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. We were given a special rate for this uncomfortable room (20 euros discount). The mattress was about a foot short of being long enough for my son. The check in situation was completely dicey. We went to another hotel (dragging our bags up 4 floors) to an elderly gentlemen that then led us to the Evergreen (down 4 flights, then 4 blocks, then up 4 flights) to our room which did not have even room for our luggage or any walking space between beds. There was internet service advertised in the website, but it only worked occasionally and there was never anyone around to help or answer questions. There was a phone, but we did not get anyone to answer when we tried. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone that I liked.

This is a very nice and clean hotel that is actually a floor of an apartment building. The only negative we had was that when we arrived on a Saturday afternoon, there was a note on the door to go t a cafe a block away to collect the key. Luckily, a local spotted us looking confused and called the contact person who came and gave us the key. Apart negative, everything about the hotel and stay was good. Breakfast is a voucher for a local cafe where you get a coffee and pastry, but this just added to the feel of eating like the locals. Very happy with the hotel, apart from the key issue.

We stayed tree days in Rome, in Ewergreen B&B. The room was very small, but nice and clean. The brekfast vas bad. The location near Termimi station was exelent for taking the subway around the sity. There was several small resturants neat the hotel serving tasty food. We felt safe in the area. Our hostess Josie made us feel wery welcome, and did an exellent job.

The location is perfect for those arriving from the airport and willing to visit the city. The nearby streets are not so friendly and nice however I never felt unsafe. The staff is freindly and helpful. The only thing that bothered us is that you could hear all the noise of the neighbouring rooms. All things considered it is a good quality accomodation for what you pay.

The cleanliness and ammenities are reasonable for b/b. The shower area newly updated. we were grateful for the closeness to the train station as we arrived after 9:30 pm. The area makes you feel a little guarded. Our second night as we were sleeping, we had an unexpected noise of our door being unlocked (private room...apparently the front desk person was either checking on us or our room...weird and scary-nothing was missing)

The property manager was very gracious and accomodating. She even set her oem alarm to wake us up in the morning to get an early taxi to the airport. She also arranged the taxi for us. This was a suitable property for vicinty to the train station. Be aware that you have to ring the bell to the hotel when you arrive as it is only on onew of the floors of the building and other properties are on the other floors. The only negative was the policy of having to pay cash to get the quoted rate. We were charged 5% more to pay by credit card. This seems to be the standard protocol for many of these places near Termini - Venere should then quote the price based on using credit cards or work with the peoperties to address this issue.

The hotel was completely new, clean, and near the station. Also there is a supermarket near the hotel. Only the breakfast was a croissant and hot drink. It was not enough for young people. The hotel staff is Philippino, but can understand English, so no problem.

I stayed in Rome 4 days with my husband and I really appreciate the position of Evergreen BB (near Termini station)because it made very easy to reach every part of the city. It's in front of the Carabinieri station and that was very reassuring because the zone near the station is not so nice. The room was quite small but clean and recently furnished. The breakfast was at a nearby bar and I think it's a really good solution.

Very new (2007) a fantastic staff - warm and welcoming. Smallish room, but clean and well maintained. I wish the Breakfast was at a better cafe, but it was close and open.
