The room was very clean (cleaning and changing of towels are on daily basis). The bathroom is private and renovated. The price was not high and the location is near to Termini, but still not 'dangerous' area. 1 night was very noisy due to some event near the place and cleaning of the streets (cannot sleep until 2 a.m.). the hair drier was too weak for my long hair. So in general I can recommend this hotel for staying.

We stayed in thre green room which was immaculate and quiet. It had an excellent location to Colloseum and many sights, cafés and restaurants. Diana was ill but her sister welcomed us. She offered us fresh expresso and a packaged croissant every morning. She also recommended a restaurant that was excellent. There was also a kettle in our room and teas available. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very good and we are very pleased with the services provided, especially from the lady running the hotel. She has been very friendly and helpful in making our Rome visits. The hotel is very conveniently located, just some 15 minutes walk from the Central Train Station. I wouldn't hesitate staying in the same hotel if I visit Rome again.

If you want a clean, quiet room, with air conditioning, that is close to the Coliseum, then this it! The only issue is that we had a bit of trouble finding the place-that is because we were hunting a hotel, and this is a floor of rooms in a gated apartment complex. The massive brown door by the restaurant is where you go and push the floor button for Domus Diana- trust us, this room and location is well worth it. Tell them what time you are arriving and the staff will be there to greet you.

We have stayed here for 4 nights, I would totally recommend this hotel to everybody. The room was very new, clean and spacious, bed was big and comfortable and I didn't have any other claims :) public transport (metro) was close, so as the colosseum, mostly we just walked. Diana is incredibly helpful, she gave us a map, she told us what not to forget to see :) if I ever go back to Rome, I'm sure I would check availability.

The hotel was exactly as pictured on the website: clean and comfortable, decor sparse and modern but very tasteful and clever. Signora Diana was not available to greet us as she had a sick child at home, but the gentleman who did greet us was friendly and knowledgable. The problem came in that our room faced the street. Even with the shutters closed, the street noise was quite clearly heard, even people speaking in normal voices. So when lorries started showing up in the wee hours of the morning to load up from the show closing at the theatre on the corner, the noise was something ridiculous. They drove back and forth for hours and we really didn't get any sleep all night long. I called Diana in the morning, and she promptly moved us to another, more luxurious room in the back of the building. The housekeeper immediately dropped everything to prepare the room for us and transfer our things. We went back to bed and slept until midday, to be woken up by delicious smells coming from the trattoria downstairs. Our meal there, shortly afterwards, was delicious. So, though our experience wasn't entirely a happy one, Diana and her staff were not at fault and did everything they could to rectify the situation. I would most certainly recommend Domus Diana, but strongly suggest making sure that your room doesn't face the street!

Very nice room. We got the fun Aqua themed room. It was very clean, quite and had a great bathroom!! Very close to some of the great attractions of Rome, a quick walk down the street, through a beautiful park and there is the Colosseum, it just smacks you in the face with its beauty. Great room for price, recommend!!

It was very nice to stay at Domus Diana. Diana is a very friendly and helpfully person. The hotel was well located in the centre of rom, not far away from the colloseum. You can walk to all places of interest, but also the metro station is near. We would come again. Thank you very much Diana.

Great Value for money place not too far from the imposing Colloseum in Rome - location in midst of the residential areas hence very quiet and away from the action. No one is available in the property so you need to do everything yourself. But the owner Diana was fantastic and she made it all so much easier for us by helping us with directions and other info. Superb for 2 people needing a room only to sllep the night and remain out the whole day exploring the wonders of this beautiful city. No TV's, No phones, No wifi.
