Very nice people at the desk except one night when we asked for dinner recommendations we were told to go to a place pretty far away only to be closed on that MONDAY night. The baggage lift is very small.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. This hotel was simple and acceptable for the price. The breakfast was a little bit simple and usually pretty dry, but can't complain because it was free. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly daily. Only problem with the room was the shower, which would generally flood after a shower.

althouth we had a confirmed reservation, no room was available. We were rebooked without notice. Finally I could convince the receptionist to pay at least the taxi to the other hotel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, wether you look for a good restaurant or need any other information. The rooms are clean and have enough space, every room has its own bath with shower. The breakfast was italian (croissant and cappucino, juice, a bit brad, jam and chocolate-creme). The location is very good. Except from vatican, you can reach all sight by foot (collosseo is about 15 min away). For the price we booked the room (60 Euros per night) we would totally recommend this hotel.

I strongly recommend this hotel. Small, quiet, extremely friendly, just a short walk from Termini Station and with a metro station 200 meters from the hotel. I'll use this hotel each time I go to Rome, and I'm already recommending it to all my friends.

The beds are too small even for a single room. The location was the best thing for me. Very close to the the central station.

Well located near Termini station. Clean but small rooms with nice bathroom and airconditioning. Ours overlooked an interior alley, but was quiet. Staff made good recommendations for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was included and was coffee, juice, yoghurt and a bun. Free internet access. Overall, good for a short stay, but would like a larger room for longer stays.

We found the staff at the hotel really helpful and very friendly. The room was very spacious. Unlike other people had mentioned previously we found the breakfast more than adequate this included our 4 year old who is not easy to please in the food department! The location was excellent for exploring Rome, please use the metro to get to locations instead of the expensive hop on and off tours and if you want to see the real side of Rome use your feet! We had a wonderful time here and we will definately use this hotel again when we come back to Rome next year.

Mario who was on the desk when we arrived was welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious but unfortunately they had to move us on the third night which was a little disruptive althought they gave us warning of this on the first night. The main problem with the hotel is the entrance hall, the carpet on the shared stairs was very grubby and we would have walked right past the hotel altogether if one of the reviews I had read had not mentioned how badly marked it was. Overall it suited our needs of being able to walk to and from Termini.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. recommended a restaurant and drew us a map of interesting things to see around the hotel and surrounding area. We only stayed one night as we were flying out the next day, and the hotel was very convenient to the train. The hotel is close to the coluseum, but not that close to other sites. There is a very nice open city tour bus that goes all over the city and you can get off and on whenever you want in a 24 hour period. The breakfast at the hotel was a standard continental. I feel the price was good for the services provided.

This was a nice hotel located half a block from the metro station, so it was easy to get around Rome. The room was clean and in good condition. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We only stayed one night before flying home. We wanted somewhere near Termini in order for a quick transfer to the airport, and the hotel did achieve this. The hotel is only about 50 meteres away from 'Vittorio Emanuel' so it is better to get off there. We were disappointed in the hotel. We requested a double room and was offered a single bed and a camp bed, we refused to accept this and moved to a squashed in double bed room. Breakfast was dreadful. We were given a choice between juice, tea or coffee and a yoghurt and dry-looking croissant that were pre-packaged. The room overlooked a busy road and noisy, the Air Con did not work satisfactorally. The manager discounted 10Euros from our bill, which totalled to 70euros but i wouldnt recommend it to another person.

We've booked a triple room for 2 nights. The staff was welcoming at check-in and gave us a city map proactively to show us how to reach different tourist spots from the hotel. Our room was pretty cramped probably because they've simply squeeze another bed into a double room. But it's clean and very quiet. There's a computer in the hallway where we can access the Internet. This is good since apparently not all hotels in Italy offer Internet access for free. (we stayed in another hotel in Rome and it doesn't have it even though it's more expensive) The breakfast was fantastic. They have orange juice, coffee, tea; bread, toasts and yoghurt. But if you eat too early, they won't have bread because it only arrives slightly before 8am. The place is a bit hard to find because there's no big signage. You only go up to the doorbell and see the label next to it. All in all, it's a nice place close to the Roma Termini, and I do recommend to other people.
