A very nice stay in this hotel : the staff is welcoming, the location is fantastic and the romm was perfect (a good price / quality match). Just one thing : the area is not very calm, so avoid if you need no noise to sleep, but I loved staying there and have already planned to come back !

The hotel was nice, and the staff very polite and helpful. The rooms are not so big and the bathroom was the worst part of the room, it could have be more clean acually!! there is a very nice restaurant pub in front of the hotel and we weren't disturbed by any type of noise as i read before signing my reservation...i truly recommend the restaurant , the staff of the pub is so friendly!!! It was a nice stay, and the price compared to Roma's which is abosolutely very very expensive, is rather good. I would definetely return!!

Location was great. The room as I expected, small but perfect for the 4 of us. They should work on the cleanliness (bath and under the beds...). The little terrasse was very appreciated. We had breakfest and happy hour before diner!

The location is excellent and the staff was really friendly. The breakfast was fine, the same every day, but they were happy to substitute tea for us. The room is small, but so is everything in Rome. There is a bar across the street that is rather loud at night, particularly with the front open and you can hear everything in the house. But I would go back. The type of satellite they have provides a lot of English television.

The hotel is in a very nice location on a mostly quiet side street. There is a restaurant across the street than can be noisy. The staff is exceptionally pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace every day, which was very pleasant. I'm not sure how we would have had breakfast in the room other than on the bed. Overall we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel with kind and friendly staff. Everything was great except tons of dust under the bed (better do not look there), bath with blocked drain and problem with price of taxi to airport (in hotel papers was 50 EUR, driver wanted 80 EUR). I can recommend this hotel, especially through good price and kind atmosphere.

A fantastic location a few minutes walk from a metro stop which means you can explore the whole city easily. The Vatican is within walking distance, as is the area around the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain etc The surrounding area has many places to eat and there is a great shopping street. The room itself was quite small, but it had everything and it was very clean. The bathroom was slightly small aswell, but for a few days stay its more than adequate. I got asked to pay partly in cash if possible at the end, but I wasn't told this before I go so I refused as it would cost me more money. They do accept credit card so don't give in and pay how you want

This Hotel is very centrally located (5 min to Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna)but still quite. The stuff was very friendly and helpful even if communication in English was not always easy. The rooms were very comfortable, big (with an own little roof terrace)and very clean. The hotel itself is quite small with a little stairway and a furnished terrace for the hotel guests. Only breakfast could need improvement (just coffee, juice and packed croissant - every day). But all in all this hotel is very recommandable and we absolutely enjoyed our stay there.

A lovely hotel. The location is very nice: easy walking access to the Metro as well as all the main sights, yet on a quiet street out of the heavy traffic. Our quad room was quite a walk-up, but rewarded with its own outdoor breakfast nook.

We stayed in a triple room and found it to be very clean and nicely decorated. We had a private terrace, no view, but provided a nice outdoor space for breakfast. Breakfast was minimal, but sufficient. Of key importance to us was the excellent central location of the guesthouse, allowing for an easy walk to all we wished to see, including the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Colloseum and Vatican City. We experienced the excitement surrounding the Trevi Fountain on the eve of the European Cup soccer game between Barcelona and Manchester United that was to be played in Rome. It was fantastic for sports enthusiasts. Also, the guesthouse was surrounded by shops, restaurants and really nice outdoor dining areas. We started our tour of Italy there and did not rent a car until leaving Rome. We all agreed that The Brunetti guesthouse was a great find.
