Last morning at 8 o`clock the cleaning woman entered in our room without our permission. Unfortunatelly we have not lock the door. We were sleeping. She was searching for our keys to pass them to the new guests...All the room has similar keys.

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very clean, inside a top-floor old appartment made up to welcome people like us. Very well located, only 10 min from the Forum and the Coliseum, the tube is a minute away (next to the breakfast place, a little restaurant outside the hotel). Warm welcoming, verey helpful and charming.

The room in we stayed in was budget and proved a good inexpensive means to see Rome. Paolo the owner was polite, helpful and went out of his way to help us get the most out of trip. THANK YOU PAOLO!!!

The location is very good. Paolo is wonderful host, speaks English very well and explains everything whatever asked. The breakfast in nearby bar is ok. The room has basic furniture. Towels, bedlinen looks a little old, but are clean. There is no soap in bathroom: Rome is not the cleanest city so remember to bring Your own. Also the broken toilet seat is still there :) Wifi was a little weak: maybe it would be better if the router is placed in corridor?

The room was ok, clean and spacious enough. The only one electricity plug is used for the only one light, so you either recharge your telephone or you turn on the light. there was only one window, but no way to open it, and the fan made some annoying noise. the common toilet (one for four room) is clean, the shower is old and may need some more intensive cleaning. The bed was the worst bed i've ever slept in, they really really need to buy a new, decent, mattress!! the guy at the reception is really kind and friendly, which is a big part of the experience, in my opinion. my overall judgement is ok, it's really cheap and you get what you pay for. I think i will go there again, but I'll ask for another room! :)

Paolo is a great host and makes you feel good, although the person from cleaning that is there during morning is not nice and has no mode talking to guests, also is not kind. If you do not want to feel uninvited, do not talk to her.

It was easy to find this hotel, the reception was very nice. Visitors are independent here, so you can walk out and come back whenever you want! Room was quite big, with clean sheets. Just bathroom needs a bit often cleaning. Overall, I recommend this place for short stay in Rome.

Since this was my first time in Italy, I don't know what we should have been expected. The room was clean. It was in no way a town house suite. The bathroom shower was quite small. We didn't stay in the room much, just to sleep.

We arrived after 24.00 and luckily staff was on reception! But it was very hard to contact with hotel - they didn't answer on emails, only telephone. The room and leans are clean, but shower need a update. Approximately 15 min from termini by own foot.

The room (no.4 double room with private bathroom) was acceptable: big, clean, large windows, although there was not much fourniture for use. The house is at the top floor, so it was quite enough during the night. BUT!! I really got displeased by the staff. The women who "welcomed" us the first night had a really unplaisant expression on her face, she wasn't happy at all just because we arrived at around 22h. And the other women at the next day, was ALWAYS on phone and SHE DONT SPEAK ENGLISH AT ALL. Finally we could not even leave our baggages during the day we check out (we can certainly not visit roma with the bags)!! Anyway the third day I realized I left a note book and we met another staff (a man) who was really nice and kind.

Breakfast is not in the same place. They give you a boucher for a drink and croissant on a bar 400 meters away. The first morning they had run out of boucher so I couldn't have my breakfast.

For the price of 35 Euro per double room we received everything and more than we expected: nice, modest but clean room, shared but nice and clean bathroom, great localization. Perfect for people with little money, who want to spend their time on siteseeing and not sleeping till late in the morning as the place is very noisy then.

Very nice and clean and a very enthusiastic and familiar wellcoming from Paolo and his staff. Explained everything in an easy way!! Some disturbance from the doors and locking up but after a day in Rome it doesn´t matter. You are so tired that everything fits!! This accomodation perhaps don´t fit if You come for zipping champagne in the morning but if You arrive to enjoy and explore Rome it is perfect. Maps and a short guidance provided by Paolo direct on arrival. What more can You expect?? A special notice to the Wi-Fi (wireless network) possibilities. It´s marvelleous. Was able to all the time read the news i Swedish papers and listen to web-radio from Sweden. I travelled with my sister and Brother in law. All were quite enthusiastic!! We loved it and great thanks to Paolo and his personal!! This was may fourth stay in Rome and I surely would like to return to "Art in accomodation".

Although the price was good compared to most places in Rome, the stay was not quite worth it. There was absolutely no hot water. You could also hear everything happening in the hallway, including everytime someone opened their door. The main positive about the place is it was located close to the Termini Station.

The main interest of AIA is the location :close to the Termini station and to Vittorio Emmanuel Metro station. The room was clean and correct but there was no hot water and the elployee would not stop telling there was. Besidesn don't expect to get up late :there is a huge echo and in the early morning the cleaning ladies speak very loud as if there was no one sleeping. We had only three nights there and that was okay for 3 nights but I definitely would not recommend to stay there.

Good value for budget accommodation. Close to Roma Termini. The young guy was very friendly and the welcoming was very good. Quiet area, good beds. Rooms are noisy inside. Showers are bit of a problem : little pressure on the water. In the morning the lady cleaning the rooms is smoking and you can smell it. Breakfast is in a place nearby but croissants and cappucino were not of very good quality. Rome has got better adresses for breakfast...

Location of hotel is quite good, near to Metro station. but a price a bit expensive compare to town house ( apartment ) that renovated to become a 5 room hotel ( B&B )otherwise staff is very friendly and welcoming.
