Excellent location, with a very clean room. There was some noise from other guests, and from other tenants in the building. The breakfast was VERY minimal, and should be expanded. Also, it is difficult to discuss any issues when you need to, because the property manager is only present a couple of hours each day. She is not a resident of the property.

The only thing I can say is that nex time I go to Rome I won't have to look for a place to stay, anymore. I know where I have to go. thank you indeed.

There are three rooms, each one is spacious and bright but especially clean and quiet, even if the area is particularly attended, our double glazing will ensure you a peaceful stay.Our rooms are decorated taking care of each detail: from the colorful mosaic of bathrooms until the handmade furnitures .every accommodation has its own private bathroom furnished with a large shower, phon, kit shampoo and heated towel rail.
Each customer in his room will have the independent air conditioning ,Tv lcd ,free internet h24 , heating , mini fridge , Safe box and he will enjoy his personal keys to be always independent.
The guest house’s staff will take care of you trying pleasing your requests,
offering you an exclusive quality service.here you will find cheerfulness, comfort and professionality.
