A great location and the owners were wonderful. It was our first time in Roma and we would definitely stay here again.

Our first time here. B&B is located near almost everything one needs including markets and restaurants. But it is just far enough that it is quiet at night. Very good breakfasts. Beza speaks English and is very pleasant. She is not there 24/7 though. Make sure you inform her about the time of your arrival so that she can come and give you the keys. Front door is always locked - which, incidentally, makes it safe for your belongings.

Daniella and Volter made our stay most comfortable with excellent hospitality. Breakfast was very good, and timings made flexible to accomodate our needs. Would recommend it strongly.

When we stayed the temperature in Rome hit 33°C (91°F) and the room air conditioner simply couldn't keep up with the heat and humidity - thankfully the temperatures at night would drop back down and provide some relief. The staff was very friendly and provided advice on how to best travel through the city. Breakfast was a selection of continental breakfast items that were fresh and with reasonable variety for a small establishment. Located on a small side street very near the Colosseum and the Metro there are several nearby retaurants and a small convenience store. No laundry on site, but there is a very nice laundromate a few blocks away. The rooms were clean and comfortable - the mattresses are very firm like we found everywhere in Europe. One note - when booked online we reserved the quad room and when we arrived there was a queen bed and a bunk bed with two twin mattresses. My youngest daughter immediately claimed the top bunk and was very happy, but the bunk bed was a surprise and not listed in the description.

My wife and I stayed here in May 2010 for a few days. The location is great if you want to spend time near the Colosseum and surrounding areas. Our main issue here is the size of our room. We stayed in room 1, which was quite small. Using the bathroom was sometimes a challenge as there was not even enough room between the shower and toilet to take care of business. Our room was on the ground floor, so we got street noise. Closing the window took care of this, but the room was then too warm and the air conditioner did nothing to help that. The staff here was very fiendly and helpful. The information provided to us during our stay was appreciated. The only issue was our arrival. We arrived back into Rome from a cruise, and I had arranged with the B&B previously to have transportation pick us up at the port. This did not happen, and we had to pay 150 Euros for the taxi ride to get into Rome.

The young woman who looked after us, Beva, was most helpful, informative and cheerful as she fixed our breakfast, helped us with maps and transportation, and was instructive and careful with keys and safety. We were three adults in one room and it was comfortable with enough room and bathroom privacy. Beds were very clean and comfortable; room was quiet; food was very good; and we were most pleased that we could walk to all the sights. The neighborhood was safe and pleasant with cafes nearby.

Carolina who welcomed us is an asset to the B&B - extremely friendly and helpful. We were staying in Rome for 5 days and wanted somewhere to literally lay our heads at night in clean and comfortable accommodation and particularly in a safe area. B&B Colosseum fitted the bill perfectly - within view of the actual Colosseum itself and a 20 min walk down to Via del Corso and the centre of things. Would recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Rome.

Very small B&B with only 3 rooms and helpful staff. Not very central but a good location as close to train station and bus routes and sightseeing bus pickup. (as well as colosseum) but quite far from the Vatican s will need to catch a metro. Overall pleasant stay and would recommend as quite good value for Rome.

The location is ideal and Caroline was friendly and helpful. The room was nice, thought the bunk beds a little small for the teenagers. Bath was nice. Breakfast was cramped and very minimal. Though Caroline made hot chocolate for the kids and the cafe was good too. Easy to find and quiet at night. Don't miss the little church down the hill 2 blocks where you can go down 2 levels to see ancient dwellings. And of course the Colloseum is just down the street. The panini and piaza are very good at the metro stop accross the street from the Colloseum.
