It was impossible to have a shower or wash your hands because both of the mixer taps were broken - they provide only extremely hot or cold water and it switched on its own!!! Narrow ceilings hurt your head if you live on the 5th floor. Wi-fi only in luxury rooms, otherwise you have to pay for LAN-cable. TV is very small and placed on the wardrobe. Very small rooms. Near the hotel you can find some food shops and good restaurants.

The new in charge receptionist was incompetent. We must wait for 15 minutes at check-in for printing of receipt. She didn't know where was our room (there are several blocks belong to the hotel) and pointed us to wrong block with our luggage. The lift is tiny even for one person with luggage.

This is a very good hotel for people that want a low cost place to stay whilst doing the sights and activities of Prague. The room was very clean and in excellent condition - as was the shower room and toilet. We had a corner delux double in the roof space. View from the Velux windows was the back of the parapet. You had to stick your head out of the window to see any rooftop view. That did not bother us as we were out at 0900hrs and did not return until after midnight. We had breakfast in town in a different excellent venue each morning so cannot comment on the Hotel's offering. The centres of old and new town are in easy walking distance. Trams and Metro about 100m away. In room WiFi worked very well. In our view excellent location.

The hotel is nice and clean, can be a bit noisy due to police/ambulance sirens. The location of this hotel is perfect, at walking distance from the Wenceslas square and next to IP Pavlova station.

The hotel was very simple with just two beds, a nightstand, and two chairs with nothing fancy at all in our room. We did have air conditioning which was a plus. The location isn't great. It took us walking 30-40 minutes to Old Town Square. The subway was only about a five minute walk away from the hotel, but we only used it twice during our long weekend stay. The hotel staff wasn't very friendly and very business like. When we visit Prague again, I would like to stay alot closer to everything.

Stayed 3 nights and very happy with it. Some noise from adjacent rooms and the lift, but no big deal. Good location near Pavlova metro and trams, as well as walkable to major sights. Internet worked fine mostly but slightly weak signal. Cleanliness, comfort etc better than expected for the price.

We found the hotel very convenient for both metro and tram - direct tram line to castle and direct metro line to train station, and two changes for the airport. The breakfast was good. Rooms clean and large and a really big bed, with two duvets but a continuous base sheet!

Great location. Near tram, internetcafé and a nice 8 minutes walkway to Vaclavske nam. Hostess (the lady) was very pleasant and give us some advise about Praque. We found a very nice restuarant just around Brezina, with lovely food; Resturant U Emy Destinnové. We have a pleasant stay, 3½ days in Praque in spring.

The room is OK,clean, wide, and safe. The hotel is near Metro IP Pavlova which is just one stop from Wancelas square,so this is very good. There is also a tram station nearby and there are supermarkets, fruits,Mc donald, KFC,Pizza and restaurants around the tram station. The hotel gave us only one towel per day for 10 days in spite of we booking for two persons. There are wireless in our room and we can borrow LAN-cable in the days wi-fi failed.

The room and the location are excellent, very short walk and a very nice restaurant Kalishca? on a nearby street. As for the staff, not friendly! The breakfast staff were nice and accomodating, except when they were smoking in the "garden" area, where I would have liked to eat breakfast, but couldn't because I don't like smoke with my breakfast, or any meal at that!

Room was comfortable and clean. We had bad luck with some noisy neighbors after midnight, not necessarily other guests. Desk staff were polite, but all-business.

Very noisy rooms, at least the top floor attic rooms. You can hear and feel every footstep of your neighbors' room Also, these rooms are nonsmoking, but there is no indication of this on either venere or the hotel's site. P.S. the breakfast is very expensive.

Good location, not far from wenceslau square (10 minutes walking), spacious room, breakfast ok and nice overall conditions. There's also transportation just around the corner (tram, bus and subway). I would recommend if you don't mind beeing a little out of the centre.
