Front Desk staff very information and welcoming. Quietness of rooms is effected by the hallway. Lots of echoing when other guests come and go.

Excellent location , just in front of the tube station Aliados , easy to arrive from the airport . We enjoyed this hotel and really appreciated the breakfast on the eighth floor terrace . We would certainly recommend this hotel.

Very central and cheap, ask for a quiet room on the back if you don't want to be disturbed by the noise from the square close by. Delicious little breads for breakfast and very kind staff.

Good location in Porto.

We had a very nice stay in Porto (2 days). The hotel is very well located and the relationship between price and quality is good. Rooms are not very big nad a little bit updated. Breakfast room is really very nice with a wonderful view and breakfast variety quite good.

Rispetto alle fotografie su internet la camera era orribile, sporca e bagno rumoroso, si sentiva lo sciacquone delle camere limitrofe. All'arrivo mi hanno dato una camera che poi ho cambiato perchè si sentiva un cattivo odore di scarico del bagno, anche se non ho risolto tanto.Unica nota positiva è stata la posizione, per il resto non lo consiglio a nessuno.

Central location close to main underground station, clean but small rooms, quiet ( with windows closed ), good heating system, good breakfast, check-in people cold and not very informed. Very good and cheap choice for not more than 3-4 days. Good and cheap restaurant "Abadia" at 200 meters from the hotel (a bottle of a very good red Douro "vino della casa" at 4 Euros! Taste the "bacalau" mixed-up with potatoes and eggs

Biggest disappointment was that I found our room were totally different from the pictures I watched on the web. I think they only have a few renovated rooms, which seem very stylish and clean, but its most likely that you will get UNrenovated-yet room with very little space. Its breakfast restaurant was under renovation or something, we were told to go to the next hotel, which serves probably better breakfast than them.

An excellent refurbished hotel. Our room (at the 6th floor) had a lot of space: bedroom, bathroom, dressing room (a little space between bedroom and bathroom) and 2 balconies (you can take the sun in one of them, with chairs and umbrella included). The breakfast was OK, with hot drinks, cereals, ham, cheese, yoghurts, jams, honey, juices, breads... and a nice view from the balcony. The employees were very friendly and good workers. The location of the hotel is very convenient, very close to the "Aliados" station and near to the "Trindade" station. Contras: the carpet was not well-cleaned (it had a lot of dust), the room service didn't put enough bath complements (shampoo, soap, shower gel) and the towels had an old aspect.

The hotel was quite good, with central location, friendly staff and tasty breakfast. However, the room needed thorough cleaning, especially the floor hadn't been vacuumed for a long time. The washbasin and the shower needed unblocking urgently. The price was quite reasonable and rather corresponded to the standard. A nice place to eat out called GUARANY was recommended by a receptionist. KK Poland.

Nice and competent staff (good English); rather average breakfasts (similar offer each day, tasteful coffee) served on the the top i.e. the 7th floor with nice view for the square nearby; superb location - easy access by foot to metro, train station, sightseeing points; not many restaurants/bars in the neighborhood;

It's possible listening everything that happen in other rooms. In my opinio the bathroom could be cleaner !!! But... the price is good, and the location too!!
