There was not heaters!! even if the temperature is around 15 C, the could get really cold at night.

No air conditionning, freezing cold at night, i can hardly sleep

The mattresses are 1,80 cm long!

The hotel was in the heart of Porto and the room was overall ok but the rooms have no heating system. If you will come in the winter time or time where it is still cold in the night you will be freezing in the room because of the lack of windows isolation and no heating. This hotel is only recommended to be in the summer time.

Good value for the price. Close to national bus lines an added bonus

Personal is very kind, eventhough just few of them speaks english. We could communicate perfectly in italin/portugese though. Rooms are not quiet at all during our overall staying. Just a very bad notice: Our key room could open all the rooms at our floor (don't know about the rest of the rooms). Sheets are not very clean, btw the hotel i'ts not so expensive.

Without phone in the rooms...

I think that for this price it was OK: clean room, just very noisy - we have window on street. I can recommend it just in the case that you would like to stay there just for the short period and just sleep there. There is just one PC near the reception where you can connect on internet and breakfast is not included to the price and there are no possibilities order it. Hotel is not so far from city center that you can buy some meals there.

Room next to the street far too noisy for my taste......I also was waken up at 7.20am after not sleeping much that first night by the noise at the reception.The place was friendly,clean and central but I will not return.

Confort seems dependent on room, our was old and damp. I wouldn't go back.

Its a nice and very cheap place to stay. We had no problems, but you can´t pay there with credit card etc. - just cash! Overall we were very happy there, because it is a friendly atmosphere and directly in the central of porto!

Contrairement à ce qui était dit, il ne nous a pas été possible d'utiliser la cuisine, nous étions obligés d'aller prendre le petit déjeuner à l'extérieur
