We stayed in Feb 2013 & although the rooms were plain & rather cramped (we had 4 beds in one otherwise large room), everything we needed was provided. The shared bathrooms were always clean, the water hot, & we never had to wait for others. It was nice to be able to use the kitchen to cook meals, however it is interesting when places call themselves B&B's, but do not provide breakfast. There was a bit of street noise & church bells, which were quite lovely, but very light sleepers may want earplugs. Quite good value, and so conveniently located to the Leaning Tower (which you can glimpse from the balcony). Anka, our host, was very friendly & helpful, with great energy - it was nice to have her greet us on arrival. A couple of tips: 1)look carefully at the Street View photo & the map before attempting to find the place - although everything was (in hindsight) perfectly well described, we had trouble finding it. You can, as stated, walk through town fairly directly to the Casa in about 20 minutes, or take #4 bus that winds all around town & drops you off at the Nero Baths, just across the way. 2) there is a PAM supermarket not far away - ask for directions 3) look at the Tower at sunset - really beautiful in the golden light.

Yes, shared bathrooms are a pain but you are aware of that before you go and they are spotlessly clean. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and furnished adequately and there is a fully equipped kitchen to make tea/coffee etc but plenty of reasonably priced cafes very close by. Overall excellent value for money and I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is very bright and quiet, with the single, double, triple and 4 bed or 5 bed rooms, composed of comfortable beds, and individuals The rooms are furnished with TV LCD, towels, bed linen, air conditioning, wi-fi, four (4) Shared bathroom equipped with hairdryer and shower. From the terrace and comunal kitchen you can admire the Leaning Tower and the beautiful Piazza Bagni di Nerone.Accommodation Services
