This is a simply lovely place to stay when visiting Venice, being situated on a direct bus route into the city and there is some traffic noise. The owner could not do more to be helpful and provided maps and information. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Villa for 3 nights mid Apr 08. The room was as depicted on the website and in fact the attention to detail was such that the room exceeded our expectations. The Villa is located in the small village of Oriago opposite a canal. There are a couple of good eatries a short walk from the Villa and a small supermarket located around the corner by thr raiway station. The Villa is located about a half hour bus ride from venice with buses going every 20 to 30 mins. Its location means that visits to Padova and other areas are easy to achieve. We found that to come back to the Villa and village just great after a day of huslte and bustle of venice. The staff were friendly, helpful and gave use informative advice. Overall a great stay.
