room extreamly small and could not move in shower room/ toilet, the amount paid was not reflected in the price of the room and the listing needs to be changed to no car park, the set up with residential or park and ride parking for the metro is clearly misleading.

Business stay. Park hotel probably caters for business and holiday personnel. Breakfast was good. Towel rail and mirror support very loose on wall fixings - could be a safety hazard.(reported to reception) Bathroom very compact, towels were new which was good

We had no hot water for the duration of our stay. Staff apologetic but we were disappointed that no compensation was offered, . This ruined what could have been a nice stay..

We were visitors to Nottingham and found it difficult to find (30 mins), Hotel is crying out for a lick of paint. Would not stay here again! Room 8 has trams go by at 6am. If I had paid any more than £40 I would have felt robbed!

The furniture is too big for the room. To get from one side of the room to the other, I had to sidle between the bed and the dressing table. The room is very dark and damp, and could be improved by replacing the Fire Exit door with glass doors. If it is intended as a Fire Exit for the building, it would be useless:it would take far too long for people to reach it. There was no chair in the room.If I wanted to sit and read, I had to sit on the bed, which was comfortable to sleep in, but not to sit on for any length of time. I would have liked to have eaten in the Restaurant, but was put off by the smell of rancid chip fat. It would have been nice to have been offered Coffee and a croissant for breakfast, instead of full English of full continental. If it was, it wasn't made clear in the brochure to which the hotel staff referred me. However, the hotel is convenient for easy access to Nottingham. Advice to future users of the hotel: avoid Room 23!
