The Pousada Villa Dos Corais is probably the best located in Morro de Sao Paulo. It is 20 minutes walking distance from the town and in front of the best 2 beaches of the island: terceira and quarta praia. The rooms are excellent and comfortable, the common spaces very nice, the breakfast delicious. The only (very) negative point is the lenght of the service in the restaurant for lunch and dinner. You can wait 45 minutes to get your dish, and every day it was the same! Definitely a point to improve.
