Very friendly hosts and welcoming and friendly athmosphere. Very helpful and nice. First time for us at Mascalucia and Nicolosi. We can realy recomend Sotto il Vulcano.

Salvo and Antonella were fantastic hosts. Salvo is a wealth of knowledge for sights in the local area particularly Mt Etna. The breakfast was plentiful and wonderful (Salvo makes a wonderful Cappuccino as an added bonus). The rooms are very spacious and clean. Very short walk to Nicolosi. Nicolosi is a wonderful little town with fantastic restaurannts (try "Limone" -not full name but ask Salvo - with the old wine and oil presses)
