Friendly and kind staff. Clean and quiet rooms. Nice, good quality of the beds. Only thing to complain about was the breakfastfacility: a very small room with too little space

Victoria Inn was a perfect budget hotel! Near to Pimlico Underground and Victoria Station, very quiet surroundings. We had a twin room which was very clean, not very big but spacious enough. Good shower, tv, little desk and wardrobe, nice view!, friendly staff willing to help with all our questions, small elevator, coffee/tea facilities in the room, luggage room for the last day so that we could have a nice last day and pick up our luggage late when we went to the station. Breakfast is simple, but more than enough and constantly "topped up", breakfast room is small but there was always enough space.Over all a very pleasant stay and we would definitely go back there.

The hotel is poor, our room was small but quite and clean. The bathroom is one built for a caravan or a camper, above 1 mq, you can wash your face and your feet at the same time. The breakfast? Is better go out. The top? The elevator was old and noise, when it stops you can touche the roof...a nice experience... However I cansuggest this hotel for the price, the position, near Victoria station (coach, metro and train station) and about 1 km to Buckingham palace and in a quite street. I also know some rooms have a real bathroom...but in the our you can fel the emotions of camping!

Hotel is very well located: you can catch bus 24 just outside the hotel.Victoria station is nearby. Buckingham Palace is close (walking distance). The personnel is friendly, helpful, rooms are clean, breakfast is fine. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very helpful and competent. However the window in our room was unable to close. I had my laptop with myself and I was very scared to leave it inside the room. Nothing happened but maybe we were lucky. The window should be able to be closed. Also it would be nice if the check-in time wouldn't be so strict in case of possibilities. Very often in youth hostel or other BBs provided check-in time is flexible in reality. 2pm is quite late and leaving the luggage on the guest responsibility is very unkind welcome.

Our room was very, very small with hardly a place to put our luggage. When we first arrived women were screaming in the hall that they would never return. This went on an hour or so. The blanket and bedspread were old and worn. The sheets however were clean. The breakfast was pretty sparse but the lady helping in the breakfast room was very nice. The location was pretty good but not worth the condition of the room.

Very good location, nice terrace, quite and clean. The service at breakfast was good but the ladies that were in the breakfast room wern't very kind. You were supposed to leave at 9.15 and not one minute after that time. Overall we are satisfied.

We did not appreciate having to make our own breakfast from start to finish in the morning. Also the coffee was the only thing that was available hot,as there was not a cooked breakfast available. The lift was hardly ever available in the morning due to the cleaners which was a big problem due to my partner being pregnant.

The room was extremely small and the bathroom and shower were like some kind of prefab porta-potty... but the staff was very pleasant. One of the front desk staff loaned us his umbrella when it started to pour just as we were leaving the hotel for dinner. Overall though, due to the lack of space in the room and the strange bathroom, I probably would not stay in this hotel again.

the room we had on the 19/20 Sept was quite small with only just enough room to walk around the bed and the ensuite was also quite small. However for the 23/37 Sept we were offerred a bigger room with an ensuite/bath. This room was much bigger than the first room at the same price. That said, for the price and location it was a good hotel.

Even if I didn't go into the pay TV, they charged me $ 5.99. As they didn't want to give me my credit card back, I had to pay. Staff, with the exception of a Lady, is very bad and unfriendly. NEver go there please

In relation with the others hothels where I staied before in London, this hothel has a good rate between price/quality and type of service. You must walk only 15 minutes from Victoria Coach Station. The nearest underground station is Pilimco, 5 minutes to hotel.
