We stayed at this hotel with my teenage daughter for 2 nights. We had booked a twin, but instead we got a family room which was very spacious. Only drawback was that it was in the basement, but that was ok. Room was a bit too hot, felt like the heating was on all the time. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast. It was poor.

The hotel was nice, but our room was very very little and col cause it was in the fround floor where never were the Sun. The hotel was in a nice zone near pubs and fast foods.

5 guys rented 2 rooms for a long weekend in Londo. The rooms (twin and triple) werw both with single beds. The rooms were located towards a quiet back yard. While the rooms were small, the barthrooms were newly refreshed. The breakfast room was cosy and comfortable, and the breakfast itself was decent enough. Kind service both day snd evening. Regarding the price, I can fully recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and can't recommend this hotel enough! The rooms are more than adequate (you have to expect rooms on the smaller size in London!). Breakfast was the best we had after travelling for 6 months throughout Europe. It was great to have a fresh fruit selection. Staff were beyond helpful. We took a side-trip to Scotland and the staff held our luggage for the 2 nights we were away with no extra charge. Location is great. 2 min walk to metro station. Walking distance (20min) to Portobello Rd markets (or can catch metro 1 stop to notting hill then walk). Great restaurants in walking distance too!

The only issue I had with my stay was that construction was going on right outside our room during the day. It was rather uncomfortable to sit in our room as a strange construction working was standing on scaffolding right outside our room. To make things worse, our curtains would not close all the way so he could see into our room.

Great location 5' from Bayswater tube sta. rooms are average size but bathrooms are modern and function correctly. Continental breakfast is good and standards generally are well maintained. External scaffolding do not give a good first impression ( due to be finisherd this summer) but overall this is good value for money

Perfect location, only 5 minutes walk to the Kensington gardens and the shopping area of The High Kensington. The bathroom is very clean and the shower is spacious witch is very rare for this price range. Very quite room on the back.

The room was so small that two people could not move around the bed. The heating could not be regular, if you put on the room seemed a oven, and if not for the night was cold. There was nothing of variety for breakfast was always the same and very poor.

Very very small room (hard to pass between the bed and the small table to reach the bathroom) but maybe it's normal regarding the price. The hotel staff were not always present but helpful when there.

Do not ever give your credit card details as guarantee, they charge you with the amount and then keep the amount of the guarantee for without releasing it on time, so you are not able to use your credit card for further purchases.

Our request on Venere's site, regarding the allocation of a twin bedroom was ignored, and where placed in a tiny queen size bedroom, not appropriate for us. The staff in the reception were very helpful in arranging a change to a twin -very decent- room, but I suggest you contact the hotel directly with similar requests.

We stayed in the family room and thought it was good value for money. Compared to other family rooms I viewed at other hotel websites, this was more spacious. My only complaint is that we were mistakenly told weekend breakfast ended at 10 rather than 9:30 and when we arrived in the breafast room at 9:31, the ladies working there practically grabbed food out of our hands in order to clean up! I had to beg them to let us have a bowl of cereal.

Hotel is in a excellent position with easy access to City buses and trains (including city tourist buses). Continental breakfasts were good, hotel cleanliness of facilities was great. Nearby to Bayswater Road (very alive at nights) offering shopping with variety of pubs with cheap and quality meals, fast food restaurants, supermarkets, cheap email and Internet phone outlets, souvenir shops, etc. Room walls a little thin, could hear neighbors getting friendly. For price Hotel was excellent value, we returned twice after our initial stay.

The area where the hotel is located is quiet and well connected (2 underground stops and bus stop very near). The rooms are small but confortable. The breakfast is included but not the english brekfast (just continental).

The rooms are small, but that seems to be the norm in London. Elevator was operating intermittently during my stay. Shower was great! Front desk loaned me an adaptor for my electrical outlet. Very kind.

This was a very nice hotel. Although the rooms were small, they were typical for London in this price range. The continental breakfast was adequate. The location was excellent. It is a short walk from the Bayswater Underground station and the neighborhood is very nice. It is more like the suburbs with a lot of nice restaurants and a great shopping mall that was a complete surprise. Overall we enjoyed the stay immensely.

The hotel is in a nice, quiet corner...near Bayswater tube station and some decent shopping. We had the family room, which was one double and two single beds - it was great for our family. The bathroom, however, was tiny, and the shower not tall enough for an adult to stand up - plan to take baths while you're there.

We liked the hotel very much, everything was Ok and clean, and the employees were helpful. The hotel is in a nice area of the city. There's an underground station very near, which is important. Breakfast is not bad, but it could be better. In general, a nice pleasant.
