Hotel very close to Victoria stations so easy access to public transport.Hotel is clean and tidy enough and the staff on reception were friendly. The room was also clean and tidy enough but the en-suite is a joke, it was so small there was no room to move,it is basically the size of a portaloo with a toilet, walk in shower and tiny basin. It was so small that it was almost posssible to use the toilet and have a shower at the same time. Breakfast was also very, very basic,a d-i-y continental buffet with limited choice. Overall this hotel is passable for an overnight stay if nowhere else available, but wouldn't like to stay there longer than that. I won't be staying there again and I won't be recommending this hotel to anyone either.

Point in favour: location. Belgrave Road is, in fact, a very nice street. Bus 24 stops in front of the Hotel main entrance. Victoria Station is just a 8 minutes walk. Quiet area, well located, lovely street. Points against: poor breakfast and small bathroom. It's clean but so tiny ... Do you remember Bill Murray having a shower in Lost in Translation?

I was in London to discover the city and that's why i chose a hotel near the different touristic points. Guest House Huttons has a good situation but the relationship between price and quality is not ok. it is a very bad quality hotel and paying about 100€ for that, IT IS A SHAME ! I will never back in a hotel like that, which is the worst i have ever seen in my all life (that's what i said to the receptionist hotel to tell to his boss)!!!

Still an excellent place where to stay. Now, the full and traditional English breakfast is served as an extra:£3.00 p/p to be paid to the maid. Excellent.

An excellent choice : staff is really helpful (good to know: they can book visits for you if you don't want to queue). I was in a quad room : although the bathroom was very small, it was really nice and quiet, with 4 good beds. I also read a lot about the small breakfast room : it was wrong to me.

We were lucky because we got a room for three for the price of a double. They had run out of doubles. The shower-room was tiny and tended to flood when you showered but there was constant hot water and a good extractor fan. Continental breakfast was fine, well coffee not that great but the tea was ok. Staff friendly and helpful, location brilliant.

the Hotel is a typical London's Hotel, breackfast included but available only from 7:30 to 9:15 a.m.! Overall my comments are positive, the only note that i must to do is that the toilette is really really small!!!!

An excellent place for a short trip. One of the best if not the one in the area. Clean, no rare smells, comfortable matress, (not like sleeping on a piece of paper). The breakfast is full, and totally included, and it's perfect for the price. The hosts are nice, at the breakfast smiles and eficiency, and there is a lot of people from everywhere, couples, singles, familys...even english people attending Christmas dinners! must be a reason. All the rooms in suite, little cabin bathroom but has the basics for you only, that's a good point. Secure access to the corridors with card keys, seems safe and has an elevator. If you're looking for the romantic place to spend all the day between sheets this is probably not the place, but if you're looking for some comfortable, clean, warm, quiet, very well located place to rest your bounts after a visiting day, if you're looking for somewhere that provides you everything you need to charge your batteries for the next ashtonishing day, don't search anymore. You've found it. And the rate it's perfect. I recomend it for any one who is looking for a Bed and Breakfast in the concept.

This was 1st time at Huttons. The room was quiet, the facilities OK although the shower and wc was a small wet room. The breakfast was minimal, the orange was 'cheap', the sausage was eatable but had an unusual taste, and the fried eggs were 'solid'. The hotel would benefit from a facelift.

VERY pleasant neighbourhood. Victoria Station at 7 minutes max. on foot down the road (turn right as soon as you come out of hotel and walk straight on). There's a bus stop just across the street from the hotel and the bus number passing from there (No. 24) passes through central London all the way up to Hampstead Heath, via Camden Town (perfect for Camden Market!). If you catch bus from opposite hotel, this will also take you close to / past Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, White Hall, Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, etc. For those persons who are Catholics and wish to go to Mass during their stay, the hotel is also within a very pleasant walk (max. 10 minutes) from Westminster Cathedral in St Francis Street - very frequent Masses. Hotel is also very close to Victoria Street, where there are some good High Street shops. Smaller shops in streets off Belgrave Road (ex. Warwick Way) Excellent pub in the same street, closer to Victoria Station, for those who would like something local.

Being a quite regular London visitor, I am glad to have found this excellent hotel. It offers an excellent quality/price ratio. Many restaurants and shops available in this area (Pimlico/Victoria Station).

For this price, a good bed and a clean room in very central London is true value. Breakfast is very acceptable for this price. Of course, this is not a 5 star hotel, but given the price I was extremely satisfied.
