1) The toilette is so too small: excluding the area for washbasin, the can and the shower unit, You have less than 1 m2 available! 2) We were allocated in a separate building, 300 mt away, without any lobby, hall or lounge. 3) in my opinion all the above are not clear from the website

We stayed in a triple room which was located in a separate building just around the corner. Initially we were concerned by this but the receptionist took us to the room and we were located on the top floor - in the atic I think! Whilst this would not be suitable for people who could not manage a few flights of stairs, this was fine for us. We had a double sofa bed and a double bed between 3 girls. We asked at reception for 3 beds but they had already been taken so it sounds like you can check in before 1pm, as we arrived at this time. The rooms are very clean although the shower was only hand held in the bath. Think this was because we were in the attic and the roof was sloped, so not suitable for a stand up shower. We had a full english breakfast, contrary to the website saying continental. This was a nice surprise. The staff at breakfast were efficient and the food was good. The area is really nice, 5 /10 mins walk to Victoria station and 15 mins to Buckingham Palace. There are plenty of nice pubs and restaurats closeby. All in all I would recommend if you are looking for a 3 star B&B.

stayed in a family quad room, room spacious although bathroom small but adequate. very clean, comfortable beds and freeview tv, free tea and coffee provided in room. close to victoria coach station and safe area. reception staff friendly and informative. only downside was continental breakfast, which was of poor quality, cereal, toast and disgusting tea to drink.

Hotel in ottima posizione vicino a Victoria station.

The problem is that I was hearing the neighbours as if I were in their room, not to mention the showers and toilets'noises from above. Besides, the bathroom was very small.

London´s prices for hotel are very high, this hotel is in a good price-quality relationship for being in London. The room was clean and confortable, maybe the bathroom was too small, but I can live with that. Breakfast was just OK, but you had the chance to upgrade it paying extra. The rooms for having brakfast are too small for the size of the hotel at its full capacity so you may have to wait a little bit for your table to be ready and interfere with the waiters on their way sinc there is no room enoungh for two people to cross. In any case, good treatment and friendly service. Its location close to the Victoria Station is great.

Stayed first night in a room in the bottom of the building.Smelled gazoline and old damp, terrible. Felt sick in the morning. My clothes smelled awful. Got a new room after complaint. Thiss bottom room should not be rented out-health risk. My impression was that the management knew about this problem but rented it out anaywhay. Very dissapointed

When you travel to London you don't expect high standard. This hotel did have a lower standard than we expected. Loose wallpapers, noisy floor, uncomfortable beds where we could feel every spring, we found socks from an earlier guest. Comparing to Swedish hotelstandard this hotel get 2 points out of 10. In the neigbourhood there was a lot of nice pubs and restaurants. Go to them instead to the ones in town centre. Better price, better service and more tasty food.

It was an excellent option to stay, I spent three days there and was very nice all. The hotel is located near victoria station that is near a lot of turistic places to be visited. The english breakfast was delicious and people works there had an excellent atention to me. Fui sola y me senti segura y bien

This Hotel is LOUSY! NEVER recommend to anybody! First of all it is 25 min walk from the Victoria station, on the street full of hotels and this one is probably the the worst of them all...The staff was trying to MAKE us stay there for the full lenght of our reservation(3 days) by making it difficult to cancel it..without any luck. you can walk 2 min. to next Comfort Inn and have a great room and service for the same price or little more. The hotel rooms looked like they NEVER been remodeled in the last 100 years!! Carpet patched and No elevator!! the final staw was when hotel staff tried to charge us for COLLECT calls that I've made to credit card companies!!!! TERRIBLE!!!NEVER again!!

For the price of the room the accommodation and service was absolutely fine. Very clean, basic needs. Probably wouldn't stay there more than a couple of nights (mainly because the room I had was very small, I am sure there are bigger ones) but for a one night stay in a very central part of London it was ideal.

The hotel is in quiet place and the people at reception and in the breakfast room are very kind and helpful. We stay in the second and third floor and it was quite but the floor is in old wood so, I think that in the lower floors it is noisy. The bathrooms and the rooms are really too small and this is a problem when there are 3 adults in a room. The location is perfect to arrive and leave for Stanstead.

The room was too small and the bed was the softest possible and imaginable(very uncomfortable for people with backache). It is in a good location if you need to stay at the centre of the city but keep in mind that there is no lift (we were on the third floor). The rooms are quite small but for that price I guess you can't expect to get better in London. The receptionist was very helpful unlike the administration offices (georgian house hotels are practically a chain of hotels in the same area and therefore they have one office that manages all hotels)

They don't give you english breakfast as it's written on Venere webpage, they give you continental breakfast. The lady on the reception told us that we will only have continental or english for 3,5 punds more each. No problems with the check in & out times. They don't have applied the 4% of Venere.com but I told them and they did it for us.

Hotel was close to Victoria Station, which was what we wanted. The room was quite spacious, however the bathroom was extremely small. Venere's web page indicates that Full English breakfast was included in the room price, however this was not the case. Only Continental breakfast was provided and this was rather mediocre. Venere's web page shows a charming white Georgian property whereas in actuality, the building could do with a new coat of paint. The lady at the reception was particularly unwelcoming. Given the price and location, expecting a smile might perhaps be asking for too much!

Ci ritornerei volentieri.

According to Veneres web page full english breakfast was included in the room price. According to the receptionist only continental breakfast was included. We had to prove for her by showing her the web page. Then she told us that this not was the hotels own web page and the information was wrong. After some discussion she gave us the full english breakfast. When we came into the room we red the hotel information folder where it was written "full english breakfast is included in the room rate". Either she tryed to blow us or she had low competence about the hotels rules. Anyhow, the first impression is important for how you judge the hotel.

Difficult to find for cabbies and people on foot alike to find. Although we booked the Georgian House based on other recommendations & price, doesn't mean you are guaranteed to stay there. They have an Annex, called Bower House -- down the street and around the corner. Bower was clean and quiet. No lift and very narrow stairs, so more suited to backpackers, than people towing overseas suitcases. When you are a family of six, splitting 2 triples, have one room on 3 and one on 5, means exhaustion trying to get luggage up to the rooms. Especially in the summer, when humidity hits London and there is no air. A room fan would make all the difference in the world. And the bathrooms couldn't be any smaller, but were kept spotless

Tiny rooms, very noisy, bathrooms were also tiny. I requestd 3 times to be moved to a different room with no luck. The hotel themselves describe rooms as having TV and DVD (TV couldn't be tuned in, no DVD), mineral water (none) and so on. Very disappointing overall, although location is good.
