Great central location, particularly if only in London for a stopover as is very close to Kings Cross/St Pancrass Station, allowing easy access to all airports and Eurostar etc. We easily walked to Picccadilly Circus and surrounding sites. Had dinner at a great Italian Restaurant, 'Prezza', on the opposite side of road to hotel towards the station. Room was small but very clean and quiet.

The bedroom was tiny, the bathroom was really dark, the breakfast was good but you had to be quick because everything ran out fast.

I go to London every year, each time at a new hotel. I thought this one was located niceley. Just had to walk down Tottenham Court Rd to get to Oxford Street, Leicester Sq, Covent Garden etc. This walk took me 30 minutes. As I travelled alone the room was quite small, but it looked very new.

I was very unsatisfied with the hotel as we were told on arrival that our key swipe card was not working and therefore a member of staff would have to let us into our room each time we wished to gain entry. Which was ludicrous

L'hôtel est malgrès tout très bruyant (grande route située juste à côté). Le personnel n'est pas du tout multilingue. La chambre reste très agréable mais pas chauffée et la propreté de la salle de bain laisse à désirer pour un hôtel 3*.

The picture on the website is definitely deceiving. The room was barely big enough to fit us and the bed. The bathroom was decent and the room was hot. But we couldnt leave the window open all night because of the noise outside. The people at the counter were friendly. Where our room was located was near the common entrance/exit so the door slammed shut all night and people stood outside our doors talking to one another. They should invest in sound proofing at least the doors.

I had an executive room, which is supposed to be bigger than others. However, it was tiny. I would not recommend the hotel for a long stay.

From the pictures and reviws on venere.com I expected the room to be pretty new and comfortable. When we first arrived at the hotel we were given a room that looked like it was 50 years old. It had a hole in the wall, and the wallpaper was almost falling off. it was small and smelled like old sigarettes. It was a lot of noise from the road which was right outside our window, and the window was not soundproof. We complained about the room emediately, but there were no more rooms available at that time. The next morning we got another room that looked like the one on the pictures. It was very nice, but small, and there were some noise from the road. The hotel was refurbishing at the time we visited it. The location of the hotel was very good. It was on top of Euston square station, and just two minutes walk from euston station, and warren street station. We were told it was 10-15min walk to oxford circus.

I cancelled the room on the same day as booking it, but there was a problem with the password and email did not get sent, so I have been billed for a room I did not use. staff say it is up to you, you say speak to the hotel. I have offered to pay the hotel the commission you have charged them, and have not heard from them for days, can you please help!

Conveniently located and pleasent atmosphere. Fairly old building upgraded and conversion to ensuite has produced very small rooms - my twin bed room so small that no space for a chair, and no kettle for brewing tea and no tumbler for a drink of water. New rooms under construction presumably to put these failings right. Breakfast somewhat limited. My wife unable to come at last minute hence single use of twin room.

I thought this hotel was poor. There was no hot water when we arrived at 8:30. The heating didn't come on through out our stay, therefore we woke up in the night freezing cold as the windows let in cold air. We were woken up at 8:30 the following morning by hammering and drilling. The room was booked for 3 people and they gave us 2 single beds in stead of a double and single. The tv did not have a picture. The staff were vauge and un considerate, when we arrived back at the hotel the doors were locked we rang the bell and 5 minutes later the night porter arrived to let us in, he had been asleep. I would not stay there again.

The worst hotel I visited in London!!! I never had a similar negative experience in Europe or in other countries. No positive point and no correspondence with web pages (I strongly suggest to remove it from the list of Venere Hotels!!!). I'd like to have my money back...

A small hotel saved only by its location. the staff were very unwelcoming. reception area deceptively nice (clearly spend all money on reception area) but the rooms small and rough around the edges - not the standard you would expect from 3*. could hear everyone around us through the paper-thin walls, and in the morning our room smelt as if someone was sat with us chain smoking (we don't smoke!!). were woken up by fire alarms very early (no fire...) we would have complained only we were too tired and just wanted to leave!

The rooms in Euston Square Hotel are rather small, but functional and clean, and the public areas are very nice and comfy. Staff is friendly, and prices are reasonable. The location is a bit remote from the city center, but a subway station is right in front of the hotel. We didn't want to spend a lot of time in the hotel, and were looking for a cheap yet good quality hotel. Euston Square Hotel proved to be an excellent choice.

This hotel is conveniently located right above the underground. The rooms were inexpensive, the continental breakfast plentiful and staff very friendly. Found families, young couples and students staying here and couple of cheap restaurants nearby. All in all a good value for your money, but we found the rooms just too small so we probably won't stay here again. I highly recommend to anyone on a tight budget.
